When I needed to be seen by a medical professional and my doctor wasn't available, I was suggested this clinic by Health Links. I had to wait 3 hours (busy Monday) and didn't mind one bit. For 3 hours I watched all the staff (who were severely short-staffed) handle demanding and unruly patients with the utmost professionalism, care, and dignity. The clinic was very clean and well managed. When it was finally my time to be seen, I was apologized to for the wait which I explained I didn't mind at all. Kudos to all the staff. You're doing amazing work.

I've been coming here for 3yrs now. I never had to wait long for a walk in for me or my kids. All staff have been very helpful. Our family doctor Anita Williams is aswome and very caring. Same with the other doctors and nurses I've dealt with here.

The EIA receptionist gave attitude and made me feel small around 2:30 PM on November 12th. It was my first time asking for bus tickets for a medical appointment. She could’ve approached it differently, after all she is there to help. I believe her name is Tanya. She also gave attitude to some callers while I was waiting, meanwhile our papers say to call the reception if there’s nobody available.

The main floor has a Walk-In-Clinic offices and Home Care. There are 4 floors. The WRHA is on the other floors. Their are classrooms and course that can be taken. There are RN's, LPN's, Nurse Practitioners, dietitians and more. Friendly staff, clean, public washrooms, handicap washrooms. Home Care staff are amazing. The staff at the front once you walk in are always friendly and remember you. It is nice.

I've heard stories abt caseworkers, receptionists and doctors being awful here, but that's the Winnipeg experience in general so I threw them a bone. I hate being old, so we already had something in common

Uh yeah no dice. My caseworker's unreachable to the point where I assumed she fled the province (for failure to inform me of things on EIA's contract, but that's a tale on its own)

Basically don't be neurodivergent around the folks on the second floor, it clearly makes them intimidated (or they'll toss a few microaggressions, if you catch them on a good day)

Worst place ever for speech. Karla needs a reality check of how she speaks to her patients - very unprofessional and very discouraging to the parents to have to cry out of her office every single time we had visited her. Super negative and no words of encouragement ever spoken about my son with Asd. This clinic shouldn’t deal with kids on the spectrum.

Have always had quick appointments when at the walk in clinic. The NP’s are all very knowledgeable and listen to all concerns. Have recommended the walk in to lots of friends who have all had the same experience.

Came there to get a referral to the mental health services they provide. My husband called and made sure I could get a referral there and they said yes. So I waited 2 hours for the nurse practitioner to tell me they won’t do it as a walk-in, after explaining my struggles. A waste of time.
