I have Dr. Mike Lukanda my Dr. For so many years . I just want to Thank you for always being an excellent person and Dr. I’m so proud of having the best . He cares about is patients , always reply to emails and he is very smart and very polite . Never see him different than he is . The front desk ladies also always very nice to me all the time I need something they do very fast and help me the best .

They should get fired the staff specially, never answer the phone and they are not helpful at all. Lazy doctors or money hungry. Spend 4 hours in the clinic then they go to other clinics that they own. You dont get fired as long as you work for the government no matter how incompetent you are. Horrible place. But they got all the inclusivity checkpoint. Thats more important these days than being a competent individual.

I've been attending since 2019 I've now started hrt with them and for some reason since the attuide and service was a mess 2nd to last visit the doctor came out listen I don't have much time I told the receptionist that am ready for you . 1st on hold up cause I was told to have a set that's it never another word u till the doctor upset me for Miss communication with here staff . Last week to have a name change form filled . Needed it for the following day I get that it wasn't doable but why am I calling to book an appointment 1 minute after missing the call with the receptionist. Called for 4 days straight when my number isn't hanged up I just never got through. Today finally did and again my doctor has changed for the 5 time and no appointments untill Friday 2 and a half weeks after the enital intake and needing it for the following . It's almost like every encounter am begging for service or as if am some pest that always there needing something. At the end of the day am a client not a friend this place need serves done after each client because there 8s no way I should be treated the way I do

They have such a slow process. They told us to come 10 min early for our covid vaccine and we ended up sitting and waiting for an hour in the waiting room. Very unhelpful and slow staff.

They have discriminatory practices against newcomer immigrants. I was told that my “English is good enough to be eligible for our primary care services”
This is a bit beyond my comprehension of good and evil.

They were very helpful in providing me bus fare and i joined one of their disability program training for one month and as promised the benefits was received and it helped me a lot at work and financially
