Jim was outstanding through the whole process. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend going to see Jim at access auto brokers. Very professional and an all around great experience!

Since then I have not been able to get a hold of Jim and I still have paper tags 2.5 months later. Scammers is right. Plus my check engine light came on and I took it to my mechanic and he hooked it up to the computer and said my catalytic converter is bad, I have 3 of them on my car. It turned out to be the worst experience in my life. Never recommend this place
To anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere

This was going to be my first time picking out a car and buying it myself. I went in with not the best amount of money, but they still helped me find a great car that I am still in love with a year later!! I will definitely always go to them first when looking for a car and I suggest them to everyone I meet who loves my car!! The people are all very friendly and helpful as well!

Well I bought a car here 7 months ago. It took months to get my sunroof fixed and now the engine is shot and it will cost me $9,000 to fix. I have had this car for 7 months, there is no way that they didn’t put some kind of bandaid on the engine before selling it. So here I am 7 months after buying a car, having to roll my loan over into a new car. I will NEVER use or recommend Access Auto to anyone! This has been a nightmare. I should have gotten out when the sunroof stopped working within a couple of days of buying the car. I would recommend finding a different dealer. Even if they have your dream car, like they did mine. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My mother bought a car from here cash. Not even a week and a half later check engine light came on and wheel bearing is bad. Called and was told owner would call me and nothing . Now the car doesn’t even run. Worst part is the guy who sold her the car was considered to be a friend but he did nothing to help her. Never will buy anything again from them and in the middle of filing a lawsuit because they obviously bought a Sticker or the guy who did the inspection has no idea what he is doing.

Awesome and friendly people !!!
They tried their hardest to get me the car I had picked out but due to insurance I had to let the car go but once I get my insurance rates lowered I will be right back in that parking lot looking at more cars with more money to throw down !!
I'm coming from Detroit where people scam the hell out of you when it come to cars and have had to put up with sketchy people and these people know their business and know what they are doing !!
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good used car (: !

I've bought lots of things over the years but this wasnt my favorite transaction. they were sketchy hill Jack's at best. We got a there a little early to pick up our Ebay purchase, the dude shows up walks inside the office. Never even acknowledged us outside. Final we walked in and hes like 149 bucks please. No hello. No handshake. Nothing. Asked how they ended up with it or maybe just some history hes like well I'm sure we bought it from someone. I asked about a few vehicles on their lot. He knew nothing. Literally set the keys on his desk and said there ya go. Absolutely zero customer service at all. Wouldn't even install a paper plate for us, just handed to me.

They are awesome people and they work with you and they try to get you in a car that accommodates you the best. Thanks to Jim and team for getting my fiancé and myself into a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 that runs smooth no problems or issues with it .
