WARNING! Jeff acts really nice up until you want to ask him questions and self-advocate about why your car is quickly having problems just MONTHS after buying. He will pretend to be kind and courteous until you ask questions about check engine light and resulting repairs and costs; then he will show his true colors - pompous and disrespectful- by belittling you and talking down to you while raising his voice at you. Rude, callous and controlling is his real personality. You have been warned.

My wife and I would buy another vehicle from Access Autos in a heart beat. We bought a Jeep Comander here and it runs just as good as the owner Jeff said it would. Jeff is very honest about what he sells. He also will try to get you in whatever vehicle you are looking for. Thanks again Jeff for selling us a really nice running Jeep!

Great experience all around, took the car I was looking at to my mechanic, he told me it needed rotors and everything else looked good. Took it back to access and told Jeff. He put new rotors on and I picked up the car 2 days later! Thanks for making this purchase as easy as possible!

I recently got a Ford Truck,and I am very pleased with the truck and more importantly with the service after the sale. The salesman that helped me (Jeff) is a very honest and trusting person you could ask for. Again if you are looking for a vehicle, this is a very good place to look. Weeks after I started making payments, things started going wrong with the car. Check engine light was on, and I was sent to multiple different garages and the problem couldn't be found. Was a mess to get the car inspected due to the CE light. Motor put in just a few months after I got the car. Car is now shot, less than a year after the second motor was put in.

I was looking at a truck and he waited almost 3k over what it was worth. Truck was a 2002 with almost 180k miles. Yes it was very clean but it wasn’t worth almost 9k. Maybe 7.5k. I was willing to work with him if he worked with me and lowered the price a little bit so it wasn’t way over what it was worth. He was rude to me after I asked and wasn’t gonna budge on the price and said he needs to make money to. But being as my dad was a used car salesmen for over 15 year I know a couple grand won’t break his bank. Over all very nice guy upfront but if you try to change anything turns very rude!
