I picked up a cross body / belt back with a black strap that has transferred dye to all my lighter colored shirts that I wore with it. I wrote to their support email to see what can be done and they never got back to me.

Beautiful products BUT.......
While initially enticed by the promise of top-notch service and exquisite products, my experience soured swiftly. Despite investing £300 in a handbag, its quality failed to stand the test of time, exhibiting a defect after a mere three months of use.

What truly disappointed me, however, was the lacklustre customer service that followed. Their indifference and inability to offer a satisfactory resolution mirrored the experience one might expect from a budget retailer, not a brand that called itself premium.

I cannot endorse this establishment to my loved ones, nor would I consider returning myself.

Simply wonderful! We are big fans of traditional chai and this place is the best in London - not too sweet, perfect colour and simple. The staff are friendly, professional and appreciate our loyalty. Perfect place to sit, read and enjoy a cup of masala chai 🙂

As a customer who has invested over $700 in a Steamer luggage, I expect a level of quality and service that reflects that investment.

This is the second time my luggage handle has malfunctioned. While I understand that wear and tear are inevitable, the frequency and nature of these breakdowns are unacceptable for a product in this price range. What exacerbates the situation is the lack of support and service at your store. When I visited with my receipt seeking assistance, I was met with indifference and was advised merely to contact customer service. This is not only inconvenient but also disappointing from a brand that promotes itself as an emblem of global travel and quality.

Furthermore, the issue of international warranty and service was shockingly dismissed. I purchased this bag in Dubai, and now I am being told that no assistance can be provided in London. This lack of international customer support is not what one would expect from a brand that sells luggage, a product inherently meant for travel across borders.

Your website states specifically:
You are requested to send the product to the nearest store or workshop for the restoration of the damaged case. The restoration process might take upto 4-6 weeks.

I went to your nearest store and the girl managing told me that I should go home! I don’t live in London it took be over 2 hours and cost me over $65 to get to your store after reading the instructions on your website and calling the information number only to be told to go home! Moreover, the store manager's demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. It is distressing and unacceptable to be treated with suspicion and rudeness, especially when facing a genuine product issue. This experience has severely undermined my trust in your brand and I doubt I will continue buying and promoting your products.

I urge you to address the following points:

1. Immediate repair or replacement of the faulty product at no additional cost.
2. A clear explanation of your international customer support policy.
3. Adequate training for your staff to handle customer complaints effectively and courteously.

I have been a loyal customer, but the continuous problems with the product and the recent poor service have left me questioning my loyalty to your brand.
