Bought a dress for my wife which turned out to be too small. I brought it back and was told that I had washed it, which was untrue.

If the court issue fee hadn’t been more than the value of the dress I’d have sued them. Customer service was atrocious.

I recently visited the St. Paul’s branch with my family this one weekend, expecting a pleasant experience, but I was utterly appalled by the unprofessionalism and complete lack of basic customer service displayed by the staff. It was shocking to witness the employees prioritizing personal activities over their responsibilities. The ladies on the floor were blatantly playing games and engaging in idle (and extremely loud) chatter, disregarding the customers entirely.

What was most alarming was the behaviour of the staff member in the hijab and her friend, who seemed more engrossed in her phone than doing her job. This level of negligence and disrespect towards customers is utterly unacceptable. Despite my attempts to find assistance, I was completely ignored, leaving me no choice but to leave the branch feeling frustrated and undervalued.

I strongly urge anyone seeking good customer service to avoid this branch altogether. Other locations, such as Oxford and Canary Wharf, are far more professional and committed to providing a positive customer experience. The management at St. Paul’s should seriously address this gross incompetence to prevent further damage to their reputation.

One of the girls working there was the most helpful in finding an outfit for a wedding. After talking to me and understanding what i was looking for she went to the stock room to find me a beautiful jumpsuit that was not on the shop floor anymore and that ended up being the perfect match. You do not often get that kind of experience shopping in mainstream stores like mango!

Excellent customer service, I needed an outfit for an important meeting and one of the staff when an extra mile to get me the perfect outfit. She was very kind, professional, helpful and patience.
The store looked neat, tidy, and clean. I really recommend shopping in this store.
