Dr. Murphy was not originally my Doctor, but was on call when I went into labor and my uterus ruptured. He saved me, my baby, and my uterus. He also fixed my issues I was having after my first c-section and I healed so well from his c-section that I don’t feel like I had major abdominal surgery once let alone 3 times. Highly recommend! My husband also really liked him.

After having my first baby in Arizona, I was scared I would not find another OB/GYN I’d feel comfortable with. When I asked around for recommendations, Dr Murphy was the only name I heard. I was a little hesitant about having a male OB, but Dr. Murphy has an amazing ability to make his patients feel comfortable. He is kind, compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients. He made my labor a little more bearable and safely delivered my daughter when she had the cord wrapped around her neck. I only wish Dr. Murphy could be our family doctor! Even my husband found him to be personable, funny, and genuine.

Last year I found Dr. Murphy (OBGYN) thanks to referrals from a localFB group and I just want to take a minute to RAVE about my experience. After years of having horrendously heavy and painful periods, Dr. Murphy was the first doctor to truly listen to my concerns and take the time to investigate potential causes. I was diagnosed with Adenemyosis, we weighed options together, and I ended up having a hysterectomy two weeks ago and my life already feels 10x better (yes even while recovering from surgery).

Dr. Murphy is one of the kindest, gentlest doctors I’ve ever met and I cannot recommend him enough. 10/10!

We had just moved to the area when I got pregnant, having 5 previous miscarriages I was looking for the best doctor I could find. Dr Murphy came highly recommend by everyone I talked to. I’m glad I found dr Murphy, he was absolutely amazing through my whole pregnancy. He took his time to sit and talk and explain everything in great detail. His bedside manner was great and knew how to make you feel comfortable. I ended up having my miracle baby and I think a lot had to do with dr Murphy’s expertise. I was fortunate to have Dr. Murphy deliver our son two years ago. He was able to help me safely deliver my baby when his shoulders were stuck in my pelvis. In my experience, Dr. Murphy is clear, direct, yet never abrasive. He helped me navigate a high risk pregnancy and delivery, and health issues that had to be addressed surgically. Dr. Murphy deserves a humanitarian award!!! Not only is he the most knowledgeable doctor but the kindest as well. Many other doctors missed what was causing my illness and he saved my life. He was my OB for delivering my daughter and I came back to him when I had a major health issue that no one else could sort out. He was the best OB because he cared equally for me, my baby and my husband. When I became ill suddenly four years after the birth of my daughter he was the only doctor who could figure it out and literally saved my life. I am so thankful for his intelligence, honesty, care and kindness (so are my children)!!!
