Customer service and product was awful!!! Received the windshield with a white protective film on it so I couldn't inspect the clarity of glass. I Took off the protective film and the whole seam had melted bubbles across the seam the size of your thumb. Contacted customer service and they basically told me to pound sand. If the protective coating is removed it can't be warranted or refunded. What? Please put a clear protective film on it so the customer can see if anything major is wrong like this. I tried everything to get a replacement or a refund and couldn't get a refund. They did say send it back for inspection and if approved they would provide refund. But, right after that they noted, no refund unless protective film is on product and the only approved warranty is if the glass is yellow. Amazon was no help. I didn't want to send it back then they would have my money and the windshield. Do not buy this windshield or anything this company sells. I also tried everything before I wrote this review for them to make it right. Stay away!!

So. Looking for an awesome windshield for my 18 canam max I found these guys. Looked like an awesome product. I purchased the front full windshield and the rear windshield. I installed per instructions. Tried it all out before installing. Looked and fits great. Installed, made sure all points where tight.

My first ride with the car was in Sand Hollow. Rode all day for two days. Got back into Utah. Washed the car and noticed that the windshield had rubbed the frame thru the paint on the front and back. My dealer made them aware of this issue. The response. Sorry once the plastic is off nothing we can do. Companies are supposed to stand by their products not shy away from customer issues..

I want to share my experience with Terra Rider UTV windshields. It started on April 14, 2021. One of my side-by-side groups recommended Terra Rider UTV windshields for a custom windshield. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative, Angelena about purchasing a custom windshield for my SXS. Angelena assured me that there would be no problems because they know what they are doing as long as I supplied certain dimensions per their guidelines. The company supplied me with “how to measure” photos. I measured my SXS using their guidelines and sent the company detailed measurements & photos. I communicated with Angelena by email and phone. She once again assured me they knew what they were doing. On April 24th I sent the company my order for a custom windshield per their guidelines. I received my custom windshield on April 29th and I thought “that’s great I received my order so fast”. After opening the package I noticed it looked too big so I dry fitted it on my SXS. It was 2” too big per MY specifications that I sent the company. Again, I sent detailed photos to Angelena to show them the CUSTOM windshield was too large and not to MY specifications that I originally sent them. After numerous emails, the company told me it was my fault. I requested to speak to the owner Bryan Buchi to explain the situation. After several requests, he finally returned my call. I explained the issue, where his company did not follow my measurements, he refused to listen, and continuously spoke over me and kept saying it was my fault and I had to pay to return it back to his company for them to correct the issue. After speaking to him for 25 minutes, he refused to take any responsibility for the incorrect product. Even though I repeatedly requested for him to look at my email and photos with the measurements that I supplied. He told me he did not have time to look at my emails that he knew what he was doing. Bryan did offer to send me instructions on how to correct it myself. He does not stand behind his product or care about his customers!! I should not have to fix this issue myself. He told me that he is the only person who does custom windshields and basically I would have to deal with it. What kind of customer service is this So I had to pay to ship it back and once again had to give them the dimensions to follow to correct the issue. I finally received my correct windshield today May 16th. Once I removed the protective coating, it’s not returnable. Over the windshield there were cut marks and die marks from where it was formed so now I am stuck with this marked up windshield!!. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company. I should have paid more attention to all the bad reviews on his website.

Received windshield for my Coleman sidexside today, the lower portion of windshield did not conform with my body style. Contacted them, sent a couple of picture that showed it didn't fit. Sent it back at my expense, always thought not my fault, company should pay return shipping, not a good way to conduct business

I bought a windshield for my Polaris and I am very pleased. The instruction video was helpful. The added brackets are great. And it is made in the USA.
I will buy from them again and I will recommend them to others. I can't believe they would get nothing but 5 stars.

I've had their tilt windshields on 2 of my sxs's as well as a relatives. These windshields are very durable, and they've recently updated their hinge design to make them even stronger! It's a very versatile design, which I personally prefer compared to most aftermarket and factory options. I will always buy their windshields for my sxs's, and I know they will design one if its not offered!

I called the dealer to make sure I ordered the correct windshield for my 2019 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 High Lifter. A sales lady helped me and it was paid for and shipped.

When it arrived I also received a link to an instructional video for the install. The video wasn’t even my Polaris and nothing about the video or parts matched my model. When I attempted to install the windshield, it would not fit the frame and was also too short in height. I called the dealer back. The dealer informed me that I must align the bottom of the windshield then lay the windshield into the frame or it would misalign the entire process. This I had already done but performed it a second time. Same outcome. Like I thought this would increase the height of the windshield. Lol - I called the dealership back. I was asked to take pictures of the issue(s) and it would be forwarded to the owner. I sent in 12 photos of every angle possible. Photos clearly showed the windshield would only fit the frame if windshield was misaligned at the bottom. If I Aligned the bottom first the windshield would not go in the left and right sides of the frame. I sent the photo of the gap at the bottom of the right side and the top of the windshield which clearly showed the windshield was to short.

Thinking I would not receive a return call from the owner after several hours and not wanting to go back and forth with them over this issue. I modified the glass to fit the frame and mounted the glass 1” from the bottom alignment to make it reach the top of the utv. I used existing bolt holes to keep from having extra holes in the windshield. So 4 hours later it was modified and made to fit. Should have been a 30 minute job at the most.

I received an email from the owner the next afternoon stating he had viewed the photos and I again needed to install bottom first then lay the windshield into the frame.

I sent an email back stating the bottom alignment was not the issue nor would that correct the height problem. I stated I had modified the windshield to fit the frame and height. The Owner stated to me that he wished I hadn’t touched his windshield that they were successful windshield builders with a half million dollar business a year and that I sent the wrong picture to him. He stated he wanted to see the photo of the top misaligned not the bottom. I tried to explain I had taken a photo of the bottom misalignment and the gap at the top and commented each photo to help understand the issue. Says he couldn’t vision the issue from the opposite photo? Still not sure why this was an issue for him.

I went round and round over the phone with this guy. I felt he talked down to me as if I could not drop a windshield into a prefitted windshield groove and align the bolt holes and bolt it in? It’s not rocket science! Maybe most of his customers receive the correct windshield and great customer service, I did not. All I heard from this owner was he knew all about windshields and all model utv’s. Couldn’t be convinced that his product would not fit.

I rated the company a 2 because at least I received the wrong windshield in a timely manner. Nothing else was a pleasant experience.

I purchased this windshield and received delivery 8-2-19. The bend in the top of the windshield is reverse from what is pictured meaning the top of the windshield does not lay flat against the roll bar and meaning that the edge of the windshield contacts the hood rendering the rubber dampeners useless. That being said the lexan was cracked at the factory due to the bolts on the hinge being over tightened. When I contacted the seller the seller to request a refund I was told it was my problem, was talked to like I was an idiot and was even accused of being a sexist. Direct quote "I'll have the owner call you maybe you'll agree with him since he's a man". I'm a business owner and the way I was treated and talked to was appalling. They can have my $270 I don't want anything else to do with this company.
