My first time coming here, and honestly it was a great experience. I met Abby B. who works for Access Care (Abby is AMAZING BTW) and she told me about this place having a primary care facility, and i was in the market for a new primary care. I hate coming to the doctor, but I came in, everything was quick, and the staff was friendly. Chelsea did all my vitals and lab work, and she was a delight, I could have talked to her for hours!!! Natoya is also very nice to work with. She was thorough, nice and she cared. Very professional, but without making you feel small. I liked going there. It made me feel not like a number, but like a person they actually care about. I also met the practice manager, Elina. She made it a point to come meet me. She likes knowing the patients. What other place do you know that does that?! I'll be back!

My experience with this office is exceptional. From my check in at the desk with reception, my vitals assessment with Chelsea, the warm welcome from Ms. Elaina the office manager, and of course my nurse practiser Natoya is the best. Our connection has made the difference in my progression in meeting my weight goal. She is knowledgeable and personalably with her care, which makes me comfortable to talk with her.

I would follow Heidi anywhere. I’ve been with her for most of my life and nobody knows my lungs and health better than she does. The entire staff here are completely amazing, and honestly the best group of individuals. When I come in, I always know that I’ll be taken amazing care of. ❤️

Ms. Heidi is wonderful. I've been seeing her for 2o + years. I trust her judgment without question. Miss Elaina is polite and helps me with insurance questions. Chelsea is polite and professional while being friendly. Sibal is very sweet and always willing to help. I'm very comfortable coming here.

I really love this place my doctor dr.heidi is always nice she really cares about her patients she even calls me if I'm I'm late lol the staff is very friendly as well I've been coming here foe over a year and I really enjoy my visits when I come I would give them 10 stars if I could. Ms. Elaine is definitely the heart of the office.

Heidi has been my practitioner for over 4 years
She is good listener, albe to communicate in a way that can I can understand.
The staff awesome Chelsea always has a smile. Ms Elaina always ask how are you doing and feeling.

Access care plus has a staff that are knowledgeable and caring
I was impressed that everyone in the office spoke and Heidi was great I’m her explanation to my friend.
Elaina the office manager treated as if we had been friends BFF. She ask if there anything that we need or we could call her later
