Mr. Short performed very prompt, and professional service on my HVAC, and mini split units. He offers very reasonable prices for service quick and clean job! If requested he may also change thermostats, and other minor needs.

Donny is always super responsive and flexible when we reach out to him. We’ve had him out to our unit a few times and he’s always helped us resolve our issue quickly. Recently I asked him if he could help me resolve a wiring issue over the phone and he responded right away.

I can’t recommend Donny with NFS Heating & A/C Services enough! After dealing with another HVAC company that failed to fix the problem and left me frustrated, Donny came in not only quickly but during the holidays and on the weekend and completely turned the situation around.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my system and how they were going to fix it. Within no time, they identified the issue and gave me options. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction.

My family was without heat during a snow storm and Donny went completely out of his way to help us get what we needed. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. His price was fair and it was clear that he cares for his customers. I cannot recommend him enough.

Our AC started giving us problems over the summer. We spoke to a few unscrupulous heating and a/c companies who told us the system couldn't be repaired, instead we needed an entire new HVAC system. I ignored their advice and did my due diligence and came across Donnie's name. He received rave reviews, and he was highly recommended. I decided to give him a call and schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Donnie showed up 15 mins before the scheduled time (a rarity these days), and he was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly diagnosed our entire HVAC system. About an hour later, Donnie discovered the problem, and patiently discussed our options and answered all of our questions. At that point, we decided to go with Donnie and had him repair the system. It was the best decision we ever made. The system is working and still going strong. Going forward, Donnie will maintain our HVAC system. He is excellent at what he does and you will not be disappointed. I am very happy I called Donnie.

Used Donny for a last minute replacement after my home warranty did what they did best. He was very professional, punctual, and efficient. He provided me with estimates and pros and cons. The price point was slightly lower than the other quotes I had recieved. So far the installation is holding ☺️and I guess I am satisfied!
I'll definitely use him for other routine maintenance if needed

Mr Short, serviced my air conditioning system on a very hot due to my mother's health issues without hesitation, Mr Short diagnosed the problem in a short time fashion and within 45 minutes our ac was up and running.
