A long process to book an appointment. Honestly, my experience so far is that some of the staff is unprofessional. I had a meeting with Catherine. She doesn't communicate very well. Her supervisor, (tammy), didn't even bother calling me back after more than one week....after I was promised she would. I don't believe they're working for the best interest of first nations people. I applied for a crane operator course. There were only six seats with stringent requirements. Requirements that I met. It's October now. They gave all the seats away and didn't keep me informed at all.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. They left me hanging for weeks regarding an application. Called to re book an appointment because there was no follow up. Showed up at the time and I wasn't in the system. They didn't even seem to be working, just joking around with each other. It's insane to me these people even have jobs, let alone are in charge of the futures of other indigenous people.

I went back to school as a mature student and ACCESS helped me through the process of meeting all the requirements despite missing a funding deadline, and my tuition was covered for the course with a laptop. I could not have attended successfully without their advice and aid. I am truly grateful, as I am now gainfully employed!

Day 2 of having no food to eat and starving because we were promised our cheques on the last Thursday of each month but Tammy decided that she wants to release them the next Monday instead for no reason, when asked about the delay she responds with aggression and refuses to answer the question,we get our living allowance once a month and and are the cost of living crisis, we need people who care about the indigenous community to work at these kind of establishments, not friends and family of the hiring director
