This place discriminates against bordline disabled people with TBI and trys to dictate medical care, they told me I could go see a specific doctor or they would not help me, then they told I need to go see another specific doctor or they would not help me get back to work, then they told me I cannot use this medicine prescribed by a doctor or I can't go back to work and I'll need to have another doctor prescribe me a different pill or they won't help me return to work. Not to mention they're building and people have bad hygiene 🤮

My mom has been trying to get help from Access VR for 5 months now. We started early before I moved out with hopes she'd be on her feet with a job in July. They say they will follow up and arrange meetings but nothing gets done. She's left voice-mail after voice-mail and no one gets back to her. Now it's August and we don't know if she'll have enough money for rent next month. All this time we could've tried other avenues since it seems no one is actually helping her.

Cancel appointments, don't follow-up and have nice nasty attitudes. They get upset and treat people like "the HELP" for being late but cancel appointments and change them more than usual. Waist of time this far.

Fantastic service. They helped re-write my resume and applied for jobs I was interested in. Great follow up and follow through. Got the job I wanted out of 50+ candidates. Yes you do have to do some homework, but that is expected if you want results.

If I could have rated 0 stars I would have but instead I'm forced to leave you multiple bad reviews at 1 star

They pulverize every bit of intention conveyed by you into a grain. Trained to line all of these grains up so it sounds like a conversation when it's plain invalidation. Like others reviews they know how to waste your limited time here on earth.-

UPDATE: once I got to school they forgot I existed or something because I. have not heard a word from them. from ignoring my phone calls to not responding to my mail. I have no idea what happened.
