I had an incredible experience with one of the young ladies from this location!!! I think the lady that helped me is named Perla. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She was able to break down the policy for me for each of my cars. I really appreciated her time and her patience!!! I highly recommend this location!!!! 👍

Previous staff was very good.. the people they have now seem like they don't know what they are doing. I had my policy cancelled due to they didn't make payment to agency and I was charged for it.. had the inconvenience of having to go and sign paper work to get reinstated.. and yet it still took for ever to get reinstate had to go back again to sign paperwork again because incompetent people didn't send proper documents.. ended up being uninsured for 15 days due to Amax agent mistake.. I recommend to just call insurance agency directly to make a payment they are more capable of resolving your issues and saves you the middle man $
