I'm impressed with the feedback. I need preferably a pickup truck. I'm going to go see them as I don't have a pile of money for a down payment but I need a vehicle that oftentimes I can help people out when they're moving. I live at 4554 s. Palo Verde Apt 611 and I'm sick of the bus. I WILL NOT make a deal on preferably a truck unless I'm confident that I can handle the payments and insurance. I'm on Disability and work part time. Hopefully I can get a reasonable deal with APS.

The best people, family owned, Al & Ely have rented us many vehicles over last four years, & found us the best Subaru! Even had a bumper bender while out of state & they were wonderful. My overall experience with them has been exceptionally well. The customer representatives are very nice and willing to help in any way they can. I definitely recommend using them for renting and or buying cars. I know my friends have bought cars from there and have been very pleased with the deals they received and the quality of the cars. I myself have rented cars from there several times and have no complaints. Great Service!

I have rented a car from APS. I was very happy with the car and the service they provided. The rate they provided for me was the best I found throughout Tucson and the car drove perfectly. The employees are very friendly and are happy to work around the dates you want the car for. I was struggling to find a rental car as a student (under age of 25), but APS was able to rent me a car.

10/10 super accommodating and very sweet people working here.
I had so many issues with another rental agency that their corporate ended up emailing me apologizing.

I'm moving here next year and won't need a rental but in the future I will 100% use them again if need be.

I just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful the owner was. I was on official travel and lost my drivers license in Atlanta and no other rental company would support me. The owner was very kind and understanding. It's nice to know that kindness and compassion still exists in this world.

This part is in response to the owner. I could not find a single day in January that you have a 15 passenger van available. 15 passenger vans do no come up on your list of vehicles. So where do you get a 15 passenger van if someone requests one? Curious.

You say you go to Mexico. How far into Mexico. And what are the extra charges for someone who is 21 and not 25?

I have no idea what you mean by double booking.

They do not believe in truth in advertising. In other words, APS lies!

First they say they go to Mexico but when you attempt to find it on the website or in your ad, it is not there.

Second, they say that they have 15 passenger vans UNTIL you go to rent one. They DO NOT HAVE any 15 passenger vans for rent.

Third, even with a reservation, the "sales person" will try a switch and bait.

There may be more but that was as far as I wanted to go with them.

I am tempted to report them to the proper authorities.

First time travelling and renting a car, had a reservation with the big guys who tried to charge me over $100 in extras when i arrived. These guys saved my vacation! Cannot thank them enough!
