Whatever you do DO NOT pay cash!
We went to buy this vehicle and put a large deposit thinking we were signing up to buy this vehicle and somehow it got turned into a lease. After paying more than 3 years cash and checks the money just didn't add up and they refused to give me a print out of all the payments that were made stating there computer is old but I can make an appointment to go over the payments. Then was called to be told they were to busy to keep appt. Finally lease ended they told me one price to renew the lease to keep the vehicle then added on a couple more thousand dollars I had to come up with to keep the vehicle, probaly because they saw how nice the vehicle had been maintained. This is a very shady business and Kenny the manager is the worst of all!! Not very nice at all and always has an attitude. Go to Any other car dealer but this one

Customer Service here is atrocious. I waiting weeks for a call back and am continuously told that no one is available to help me. All I'm looking for is a copy of my purchase agreement from 2021 and to woman said "We don't got that no more." My documents were destroyed with water damage. Looks like I'll have to drive over to actually talk to someone and get my documents.

This place and many others in this area are all scammers. Purchased a car here that was repossessed as we just made the payment for it. They refused to give us the check back as my wife was 6 months pregnant. about 3 months later, the car was up for sale again. Being in the business of selling car parts now and seeing how some of these cars are repaired, be very aware. Take someone who knows auto body and some mechanical knowledge. Not everyone who can do an oil change can spot water damage.

I live two hours away from this place. I called multiple times to make sure the information for the vehicle we wanted was good to go. With instructions of having what we need, including down payment, we made our way. Upon arrival, I was greeted and was told to wait which I am sure they were busy. When looking at the vehicle the paperwork was missing. I am sure it was misplaced somewhere, nothing crazy. Upon speaking with Ken, my girlfriend was instructed to have her credit run. To the conversations I had with Michael and Ken on separate occasions this did not have to be done unless it could lower the down payment of the vehicle to finance. I was told that not only are we not able to finance the vehicle, that we are to lease the vehicle for two years of 200 a month with a 30% interest rate due to the credit. As we explained that this was not in the conversation over the phone, Ken had no excuse as to why he said what he said on the phone except "this is how we do things." To top it off, after we were told that the 2 year lease is up, we can outright pay for the retail price of the vehicle. The msrp for the vehicle was double the amount. at that point and he had no explanation as to why he could not honor the requests we had as per on the phone. I even asked for the paperwork of the car and was not presented. Upon our final try at working with him, explaining why we took the time to drive there, his revuttle was "not to be a smartass, but we don't care how far you drove." To hear that is like a stab in the face. Being outright lied to is highly unprofessional. I cannot reccomend this dealership to anyone who has trouble with credit, just a bunch of lies and false hopes.

Ken is beyond rude. We called multiple times to talk about FINANCE OPTIONS and a total amount that we would need in hand, because we live 2.5 hours away we only wanted to make the trip once.
We arrived at the office with the allotted money in hand. Ken was very short with his answers and seemed to be annoyed or bothered by the fact that we were there. We were told that we would not be able to finance the vehicle but lease it. For $50 a week at 12k miles a year for 2 years and then would have the option to buy it for "about 5k". The car was $5,900.00 To begin with. Are you out of your minds?
The unprofessionalism of the whole ordeal was disgusting. What topped the whole situation for us is when he leaned back and slouched in his chair while tapping his phone loudly on the table and said " Not to be a smarta** but we dont care how far you came." We left, and we suggest that you do too.

Kenny is very rude . I went to purchase the 2011 Honda Accord Se and on the website it was one price but in person it was another . He seemed very bothered that I was there and I was asking him questions about wanting to purchase a vehicle. He kept being pushy about signing some documents when I ask to test drive it than he also said he doesn’t have the car fax because it’s 45$ and he’s not paying to get that . His attitude is not friendly at all . I did not purchase anything from Auto Acess because of Kenny . I don’t know if it’s because I’m African American he was being rude or if he just has a problem working there .
