I am a retired mechanic that worked for the City of Los Angeles and after retirement I worked for auto zone as commercial specialist. When I go into the Eagle Rock store I see the store managers dedication (SERGIO) into making this store one of excellent customer service. He took over this store when it was a mess and is gradually bringing it back to a store which as a customer one wants to return. I observe him to be a dedicated employee where he puts customers first and makes his best efforts to make customers experiences gratifying. I have also noticed a red shirt employee by the name of " FAITH" who gives her one hundred percent towards making this store a place where customers feel appreciated. This young woman has phenomenal work ethics and work integrity that needs to be recognized by district management. Commercial department is efficiently run also by a gentleman named George. I now make this store my "GO TOO" store for all my mechanical needs.

Wow this Autozone Auto Parts in Eagle Rock has the best customer service IMHO. I highly recommend their expertise and personal service. From the phone call that I made until I went to this store, I was impressed of how Sergio, the store Manager and employees handle their customer. He made my stress less. My car battery was replaced and I went home happy. Thank you. Sergio and the other older gentleman. He was good too. He answered all my questions. Thank you Sergio.

Sergio was a very helpful manager. My battery kept dieing and they were able to honor the warranty and swapped it out. Customer service was easy, no hassle. Definitely trust his team!

We went in today to buy new windshield wipers and had a great experience. Staff were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman that checked us out came out to our car and helped us change the wipers which was very generous and super appreciated! We will go back.

I've been to this location multiple times and the staff are always super helpful and knowledgable - they answer any questions I have and direct me to the right products. Just today they looked up which windshield wipers I needed and helped me put them on.
