Stopped in to look at some of their accessories and such and was really impressed with their knowledge about international travel. I left feeling better about my upcoming trip and will definitely be back for some trips I have coming up soon! Staff was very helpful and the manager went above and beyond I think her name was Felicia. 5 stars!

My wife is leaving for her first trip to Europe and we couldn’t get the old locks off the luggage. Felisha not only saved the day but helped us choose new TSA compliant locks, electricity converter and suggested other things to consider for my wife’s trip. I can tell you this Felisha is a customer centric rock star. So great to find someone knowledgeable, helpful, patient and just a really sweet person. Not only did she help us with needed items but suggested things we might need (in a no pressure fashion) and saved us money in the process. This is my go to travel store from now on.

Amazing atmosphere and customer service. This place has been in business for many many years. Saleem is the best at customer service and goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. Thank you for my new Tumi suitcase I will use for years to come.

My wife and I went in with some internet research under our arms and a sense of knowing what to look for (hah). The lady at this store (Felicia?), without pushing any expensive products on us, helped us find the perfect luggage for us (and in the process we learned SO much more about luggage). Amazingly helpful staff and just a great store. Highly recommend!
