I forgot the persons name . But really nice man helped me out and answered all my questions. I’m a really short rider so doing the kind of stuff can be intimidating cause of the looks I get . But they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

I have been to this location a few times now. Staff is very friendly. Very helpful. I have been to a few other locations where I’ll just say the staff wasn’t as friendly here at the Santa Fe Springs location. Your sales representatives conducted themselves professionally, and I will definitely drive out of my way to go to that store again, they help me with everything that I needed and answered all my questions that I needed and I very much appreciate that

This place is amazing! Travis was very professional and extremely helpful in picking out gear that properly fits me for the motorcycle safety course. He was also nice, knowledgeable and took his time to run me through and explain the differences between different jacets, gloves, and shoes to get the perfect fit. Definitely will be coming back for all my other gear! Thank you team cycle gear.

Super helpful but not trying to sell me something I don't want. Truly a great place to shop. They didn't have my size in a helmet but found it at another one of there stores and put it on will call for me. A great experience!

Great store, anything and everything you would need as a motorcyclist. For you or your bike. I just ran over to get my tire replaced, but I would like to spend more time shopping, when I pick up my tire I'll have time to fully check them out. I have to say they have one of the best customers service I've seen in a while. Friendly, informative, and overall pleasant experience.
