The DC Access team did an awesome job installing our new internet set-up. Professional, super knowledgeable, family friendly and available. I would recommend DC Access to anyone. Especially if you want to rid yourself of redundant cables and the evil Verizon.

Just had my DC Access internet installed yesterday and it has been great! Darnell did the install and the confirmation email said it would take about an hour and a half to complete. He was done in 40 mins and everything is working perfectly!

Install team was on time and did a great job. The WiFi is hitting the speed advertised, very happy with DC Access and will never go back to Comcast.

Update one month later: Still great and very happy. I am receiving the speeds advertised, and the one time I called with a question a real person picked up the phone right away!

Don’t hesitate to leave Comcast, this service is far better.

Amazing. I don't understand how people in their service area do NOT use DC Access. Friendly and helpful customer service. The person who did my installation arrived right on time. Internet use has been flawless since the install almost a month ago with their least expensive monthly rate (plus they give a discount to my building, which makes my internet almost absurdly cheap). They earned my loyalty forever when I called them to schedule a re-install, and they waived the fee. (I have to move from my current apartment to the apartment next door to escape horrifically loud upstairs neighbors). They're making at least one component of an inherently expensive and stressful moving experience so much easier. I love you, DC Access!

DC Access was excellent! Can't recommend them enough. It was easier to set them up then cancel our Comcast subscription! Scheduling was a breeze, the tech that came over was quick and courteous and even set up my mother-in-law's roku. Only problem was canceling Comcast. It took me about 90 minutes to get that straightened out. But now she is saving almost $100 a month... Can't beat that and DC Access is local.

Love these guys!!!! came out to do the install in my older building, despite several wiring problems, they took the time to figure out the problem and came back on a saturday to finish it all off. no way the other providers would give that quality customer service. shop local and support them, honest quality and dependability.
