Found out today from Social Security that DC&F took over $500. 00 out of my Social Security retirement account!! No idea why!!! No email or letter received from them letting me know this was happening. Only thing I ever got from them was SNAP and that ended in June of 2023!! I applied for SNAP and financial help in November. The new Access site says that SNAP is "processing" and I was given over $2000. share of cost Medicaid that I never used!! I need to get some answers, I cannot pay my full rent!!! When I called DC&F the recording that gives choices was not loud enough, then asking why I was calling I wanted to speak with customer service. Was told no one was available and they hung up!!!

I have never received any kind of notice that you changed the website and that you didn't send out notices like you say you do and no one will help you on the phone

Nobody Answers the Phone and I've been Trying for over a Month. Goes Straight to Voice Mail and they Never Returned a Call.

No one answers the phone and the new portal is a nightmare, so in the meantime our children have to suffer by losing medicaid. Very poorly run and these people should be ashamed of themselves.

Have been trying to contact them to add my pediatrician because the office wants to bill me now and no one at dcfs has answered the phone I’ve called multiple times and different days and still no answer my son is 10 days old and can’t see his doctor now because they can’t seem to get their phone picked up! WHY?

I was put on hold for 40 minutes after talking to someone she put almost on hold 10 minutes then talk to her again then she transferred me to another department which I waited on phone for for almost 2 hours and nobody ever answered this was the 4th time I've called this month regarding this matter it's their mistake not mine I'm the one not eating I'm sure their eating The 1st person I talked to must be working from home because I could hear her tv in background I could do a better job then their doing without experience
