I purchased a $900 pair of shoes in Italy. They didn’t have my size in the color I wanted so I decided I’d get a different color and look at it again when I got back to the US. I decided I’d rather have the other color and the store said they won’t swap them out because , it’s “against their policies”. Same shoe, same size, brand new, different color. Terrible service from what is supposed to be a premium brand! Had this situation happen once before with Gucci, except it was a size change and they handled with no problem and great support.

Any customer loves to hear that the policy is in fine print on the back of the receipt. Last time I made a purchase, I don’t recall being excited about my purchase and then getting my receipt and going “wait, let me see what kind of policies this store has after I made my purchase for my $900 pair of shoes”. Being right is apparently more important than building loyal customers if the brand.

My fiancé and I came about 3 months ago and were just window shopping and met with Tammy and she was very helpful and kind. Came back yesterday in search of sandals or a sneaker for our upcoming Cancun trip and were lucky enough to get to work with Tammy again and leave with what we were looking for. Tammy is very helpful, kind, and personable. Great conversations with her and will be long for her again when we’re ready to shop. 10/10 experience!

My husband wanted to buy me a gift and wondered into Dolce and Gabbana. The sales rep assured him he could return the full price item for a full refund if I did not like it. When he went to return it 7 days later he was told the store policy is credit only. No refunds. Their customer service will not honor what he was told. No apology.

Worst shopping experience of my entire life. Bought shoes and they charged me $100 more and said they were “tagged wrong”. I wore these shoes for 5 minutes on a trip and had to go back to change because my feet were BLEEDING profusely from 6 different lacerations. Ruined my entire Miami trip. I went to return them they refused, the manager snuck out behind me, and forced me to exchange same day when their product injured me and possibly scarred one of my feet. NEVER buy from this store horrible customer service. No one buys $1000 shoes to only be able to wear them 5 minutes and cause them to bleed. Disgusting.

The best shopping experience here. My niece has a quinceanera coming up in May so we took her around to get an idea of what she likes for her surprise gift. We went to several stores at Fashion Square and unfortunately received no help and judgmental stares from associates. Freddie at D&G was superb. He greeted us immediately and told a story about every bag we looked at. He even suggested to my niece that she take a selfie with each bag so that she can decide which bag is right for her. Since this is a “surprise gift” we didn’t make a purchase that day but will definitely return soon for the DG girl bag that she fell in love with. Thank you Freddie for your amazing customer service!

I had a bad experience in this store. Myself and my wife got to the store, we were hold outside the store for 15 mins and people were coming out and they still didn't let me enter the store. I felt the security and some employee thought I couldn't afford being there. I would not go back to this store and management should be more careful with this employees.
