I cannot recommend Dr. Lancelot Brown and his team highly enough! After dealing with a faulty implant from a previous dentist, I turned to Dr. Brown, and the experience has been night and day.

From the moment I walked into his office, the care and attention to detail were exceptional. Dr. Brown removed the problematic implant and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. I'm now in the final stages of my treatment, having had two new implants put in by Dr. Brown. The difference in both the quality of work and the overall experience has been remarkable.

Dr.Brown is unlike any other dentist I’ve ever met. From the very first visit to his office. I knew this place was amazing. His staff are always so incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming. He always has music playing everywhere and it’s kinda nice to sit there and just enjoy it while looking around and seeing pictures of his staff and family. You can tell that they like their jobs and that they get along well. I mean it’s some serious good energy when you’re there. I don’t say this lightly as I’ve never really enjoyed going to the dentist before, but Dr.Brown has changed my opinion and I actually like going to the dentist now if that’s such a thing.
I think everyone should give his office a try cause I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. They are very good with people and I can’t tell you how refreshing that is. I’m definitely a customer for life.

My family has been with Dr Brown for a little over three years now, and every visit for each one of us has always been positive, including a tooth extraction for my eight-year old a while ago! I can't even highlight only one member at the clinic: they all go well and beyond an excellence in professionalism. They exhibit genuine care, establish warm connections with patients, and there is an overall positive vibe in the place (and it's not just because of the music!). One thing I always enjoy doing, while I am in the waiting area, is watching the photos of the practice's members over the years: they feel more like a family!
Insurance processing is a breeze, follow-ups and rescheduling are smooth, and treatments are always top quality. This has been my personal experience, and it is why I refer my friends and family to the clinic.

Lovina is the best hygienist in Toronto, I truly believe that. Of all the cleanings I’ve had in my life none have been as thorough as hers. She answers all of your questions and has a very professional yet warm and caring vibe. She really is skilled in her craft and it’s noticeable with how quickly she can complete such a quality job. Kristin at the front is so welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Brown himself is the absolute best. He’s done my wisdom teeth and I could not have been happier. It’s been 4 years or so now since I’ve been coming here and I don’t have a single complaint. Dr. Brown provided expert quality service for teeth implant procedures. I did not experience any adverse events or side effects from the initial implant procedure to the final placement of the crown. He is meticulous, careful, and precise with his work. He has a great sense of humour and readily puts his patients at ease His staff are wonderful . You are greeted warmly and provided quality service from the moment you walk in the door. Kristin the office manager is able to expertly answer any of your questions to ensure a positive experience. During the pandemic Dr. Brown and his staff were able to safely and readily assess , consult, and treat my cracked tooth.
