First rate service! DFW canceled 3 different flights for me to go home and my only option was to rent a car and drive home. After an overnight hotel stay, this Enterprise location in Desoto. They took great care of me and were extremely sympathetic to my situation. Try this location out next time you are in need of a car rental.

For the most part enterprise has been really good to me with great customer service, Floyd has done me a re-write a few times and it went smooth up until this new lady named Taylor tells me that she would have to put me in a new vehicle and I ask for the same vehicle each month since December with no problems. She took the keys from me and told me that I couldn’t leave and come back because I asked to speak to someone over her and that was very rude of her especially having my son with me and he was hungry. I am a valued customer that pays and do not appreciate being treated this way I will be going to Hertz where they value their paying customers for sure.

Great great service, the customer service was great. Went to rent a car when my truck was totaled and my insurance rented me a car from this company. They where quick and made it simple to rent one out. The car is took did smell like smoke it was kinda dirty but I guess it's because the cheaper option and maybe it's rented a lot. But the staff had me in and out in less then 30min. They also picked me up from my location it was less then 10 miles away and they made the trip. Was really satisfied with the service.

It was probably about a 15-20 minute wait although I had a reservation but the staff is always friendly and the cars are always so clean and nice and the process was very easy as well

My husband scheduled a "we'll pick you up" at 10:00 AM from a collision. At 10:30, he still had not been picked up. He called the Fesito office and no one picked up the phone. He called corporate to get a response, and they apologized on behalf of the branch.he still wasn't picked up. He took an Uber to the branch and the vehicle wasn't even ready. It was 11:00 AM. He finally got out of the branch after 12:00 he reached back out to corporate, they apologized again and said the would comp him a two day rental they told him he would receive an email confirmation. Wouldn't you know, he NEVER received it. He followed up with them and there were no notes or records about the promise.
You better believe they sent him an invoice for tolls and a service fee for $25.
Talk about adding insult to energy. He basically paid a service fee to get absolutely the worst service. If you want to get left waiting, empty apologies , and get jerked around from start to finish. This is your place. If you want prompt service, and basically just LITERALLY what you are paying for.... go somewhere else!!!!

Negative stars should be a thing.

This location goes above and beyond. Not just one or two people were amazing but the whole entire staff was amazing. Their professionalism and customer service at this location is A÷÷÷. The best around, for sure! All car rental agencies should take notes.

Man these people took my $50 deposit nov 12th here we are dec 6th took $50 more and refuse to answer the phone.

I called corporate and they called and no answer. So they sent for them to call me for a refund. They took it at 120pm I called til 145 then I called corporate.

Here we are at 5:20pm they took $100 😡 . I called and waited and all of a sudden the phone hung up. As I called back I was informed that THEY were CLOSED.

The 1st $50 was supposed to be a refundable deposit, now I’m $200 in the whole. With $150 gone on a FRIDAY 30 degrees outside and light bill way past due.

I don’t recommend 🤦🏾‍♂️

They really satisfied me when I needed a extended time they didn't give no problems at all I recommend to anyone that need a rental car please go with enterprise
