I must say that the customer service in this store is impeccable! I was strolling around and popped in to see the jewellery. Chun and the other lovely gentleman really took their time with me and I didn't feel pushed into buying anything. They have gorgeous, high quality charm pieces that you can build onto bracelets. I'm into solid Asian gold jewellery however considering going back to purchase a gold plated bracelet. Very affordable and accommodating too. Definitely reccomend! 10/10

We were fortunate enough to receive a visit from Chun yesterday, and were shown a sizeable sample of the Raspini collection.

This brand has something for everybody. From stellar sculptural snakes to simple and understated chains, Giovanni Raspini offers a daring yet desirable twist on many forms of classic jewellery.

I was particularly impressed by some of the Pearl pieces, and am now seriously considering incorporating them into my collection.

Chun has a vast and encompassing knowledge of the brand, every question I asked was answered; with warmth and care.

I am extremely grateful for the experience and hope that Raspini understands how much of an asset Chun is to the team.

Bought a bracelet for my sons 21st. It fastened for all of a week before the lightweight clast and spring came apart. Had it replaced with a stronger clasp. Customer service unhelpful and dismissive.
