Representatives knowledgeable and patient on phone. However, they refused to print out and mail me a form needed to prove I lost Medicaid coverage and was eligible now for private health insurance. Wouldn't take the extra courtesy step to help me get employer insurance. Lazy rep ruined the goodwill they had built up..

This is the absolute worst program I have ever seen. They placed my son's father in an apartment six months ago with a million promises of help with furniture, job training, and all around help to be able to keep his place after 6 months and never be homeless again. Well his 6 months is up and now they have helped him with nothing. No job training, no help with anything and now they are telling him he has to get out. Here he goes, homeless once again. He did everything he was asked to do and to provide to get this place and now is in jeopardy of loosing it all. This breaks my heart. I've never seen him strive so much and do so well for himself and now they are about to take it all away from him. Please someone help!!!!!! Not only him but all the people that this is happening too.

This was a great and quick service unlike other social and governmental services. The people were very nice and friendly. Paris Barnes helped us in less than 15 minutes.

I met the nicest people on earth .. literally people who restored my faith in Christ... this place is incredible and I cant put into words how much they go above and beyond to take care of you when u walk in through thier doors.. Angel's on earth .. Ms Mo... Ms boddie.. Ms shannon.. Mr Jason... I can't thank you enough... I'm forever grateful...

Very uniquely nice public healthcare experience and follow-up. The grape colored/flavored condoms in a basket on the counter is a "bit-much" but I totally understand why they're right at the front desk. LoL

An employee failed to offer me the gift card option. She failed to her job. Therefore, my name is on MDRN's List. Now I'm NOT eligible to receive gift cards in another program. I feel that is unfair for me to not receive benefits. I've been omitted. Very disappointed.
