This my first time staying and was very pleased. The breakfast is done well. The room was clean and quiet. It’s located in a clean safe part of Abq. And easy to access the highway. There is TONS of shopping right outside the hotel perfect for teens to occupy some time.

I thought the stay was fine. I enjoyed the bar and the comfortable mattress the most. The bathroom is designed oddly. One has to position oneself between the toilet and the shower to close the door. The door almost touches the toilet when opening and closing it. We had to look for the closet, as the door-length mirror hides it very well. The bedding was clean but not luxurious. The word industrial comes to mind. ||I would have loved to find a place to buy toiletries, like a small can of hairspray, within the hotel. We drove to Walgreens but everything was behind locked plexiglass. We went to WalMart-many things were locked down there as well. I thought that staying near an upscale shopping center would help us feel more secure, but I felt much less safe when my husband told me he could open the sliding doors with his hands. I walked a block throught the shopping center to a Target. While inside the store I was approached by two women who told me my leather backpack was nice and could they put things in it. I've never had anyone ask me to shoplift before today. This is NOT Hyatt's fault. It is the city. However, I will look for something outside of town next time.

We often travel through Albuquerque and decided to try a different Hyatt…will not be staying here again.

The room was not cleaned properly since there were used potty pads left from the last guest (see pics).

We checked in late since we had been on the road during the day. I sent Hyatt a message through the text message card they had in the room and I didn’t get a response until 2 hours later (see pics).

I have a toddler that had already fallen asleep so I didn’t want to wake him up at almost midnight to switch rooms. In the morning, there was no one at the front desk. I waited until she came back and I explained the situation. She just said sorry and kept it moving.

Very disappointed since I’m a Hyatt Member and stay at various Hyatts throughout the year. I understand if they can’t give me a refund but wish they would’ve at least offered a discount or something instead of ignoring it.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hyatt Place. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I stayed in a suite, and it was a nice, clean room, although the shower/toilet area could use a little updating or a deep cleaning. The breakfast was decent enough. My only complaint was that the water temperature was barely above lukewarm in the shower, and the water pressure wasn't great. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking in the back.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are a perfect size for rest, work, and visiting. The breakfast options are sufficient and enough to get your day started. The dining room is smallish and could use another staff to ensure it stays tidy during the morning rush, though.

Overall, our stay was fair. Staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. It’s in a good area with shopping malls and restaurants close by. They also offer continental breakfast and snacks. Although, the beds are small, sheets are low quality and stiff. Quilts NEED TO BE CHANGED. (SEE PIC DOWN BELOW). Hopefully that was just cotton. It was very disturbing to hold my quilt up to the light and see how it looked! Elevators are very slow, MISC items will not be delivered to room, you have to go down yourself. For 300$ a night, it would be nice to have better service. Bathroom lights are very dim and furniture is a little outdated.

We stayed here for the second weekend of the Balloon Fiesta and were very pleased to find it was very close to the Coronado Center park and ride; which was also a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a generous size for a family of four. The hotel had plenty of parking and an excellent grab-n-go breakfast for the balloon fiesta at 4:00 AM. We recommend this hotel

Delicious free breakfast, convenient location with Target and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are nice enough - furniture is definitely old and scratched but the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. Very good customer service. Rooms have a fridge but no microwave (one is available in the lobby). The pool was too cold for us to ever use in September. Probably feels good in summertime.
