I had an excellent customer experience from Romario yesterday. He gave me all the right information for the bag plus jewellery i bought my wife yesterday she loves it. He was very polite. He knows about the leather. We stuck around to look for a few items after i saw a lady came in to do a refund with attitude he was calm about it which i thought was good.

If i could give minus 1 star i would my child worked there. If they ask you for your details stating it's for warranty purposes do not give them. You are still covered. All of that is for marketing (crm) also the manger of the store is in completion with other stores who can get 100% avoid like the plague. The jewelry doesn't last the stone will fall out. The staff they follow around like you're going to take something. They force you to buy more than one thing to help (upt) doing stuff like putting wallets in the bag to try and convince you to buy. There is mice in the shop. All the store manager needs is a whip because she treats the staff member badly.

I bought these lovely shoes and they fell apart after 1 week. I didn't get a refund because the manager said that I caught them somewhere. I got a gift card and he said it was a good will of the store.
Excuse me? Good will? And how can he prove that I caught them. In case that happened the tear wouldn't be such a is nice line, but more ripped.
Anyway think twice when you buy something from here because even the reviews on their page are selected. The bad ones are not published as you can see from the picture.

I had the absolute best shopping experience with Silvia this morning! The others were lovely and kind too. I am visiting London from NYC and called early in the am to see if they had a coat I was highly desiring in my size. They DID! Silivia held it and one adjacent size for me and said I could stop by at my convenience. Once, I arrived, she placed both in the fitting room for me to try on while I had a brief chat with two other lovely ladies working this morning. I easily made my choice. Silvia then beautifully wrapped up my new coat while we had a nice talk about kindness. Highly recommend this shop and can’t wait to shop with them again on my next London trip! 💗🇬🇧💗

We were visiting from USA (Tennessee) and my daughter loves Kate Spade, so we had to go in! A gentleman named Jaqob or Jacob (I can’t remember) was so kind to her and helped her find the perfect dress. She had so many nice things to say about how he was not only helpful, but attentive and very kind. Thank you Kate Spade London.

For some reason the staff in this store feel the need to follow you around and stand uncomfortably close to you. Spent ££££ in Kate Spade in their other stores. Weird thing is, this is the second time this has happened years apart. Won’t bother again.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this Kate Spade store. I called the store to see if they had a bag in stock that I wanted and couldn't find in a different store. I spoke to Jessica on the phone, who was so friendly and helpful. She said she would keep the bag on hold for me until I arrived to collect it. When I arrived to the store, Jessica was so lovely and showed me the bag I wanted. She found out it was a birthday gift to myself and gave me a Kate Spade pin badge to go with my new bag. When I got home I saw that she had also written me a birthday card from 'The Kate Spade Girls' and popped in Kate Spade birthday candles and matches too! The bag was packaged beautifully and with a lot of care. I really appreciated the customer service and I can't wait to return again. Thank you very much to the wonderful store and most importantly, Jessica.
