How do you as a defense attorney, not speak up for your clients. You advise someone they can leave the state, and their case will properly be dismiss. Good thing he didn't leave the state and attended the 2nd court date, to only have the judge to reschedule for another month & a half. A simple case that you should have had dismissed, because the person who brought the charge against them, has not shown up for court to move forward. A minor charge. Do you and the judge have something going on?
Are you able to defend your clients. Do your job!

Somehow this is the single “Public Defender” for North Las Vegas. She is unreachable and frequently confuses her clients because she is overwhelmed by her caseload. There’s no way she can competently defend the entire city…
