특히 티백의 경우는 전부 천으로 직접 감싼 핸드메이드라서 선물용으로 많이 샀습니다 😉

A little hidden gem! The atmosphere here is so serene and beautiful, with a lovely array of teas on offer to sample and buy. I had my very first matcha - expertly prepared - and my mother sampled the green rooibos and fennel tisane (honey sweetness with a light fragrance of fennel, very nice). Both were beautifully presented and served with some snacks which were equally delicious.
The shop attendant was very knowledgeable and was happy to tell me all about the tea, its preparation and qualities. Their homemade herbal blends are very fine and unique, and I am excited to add some to my collection at home. Really looking forward to visiting here again on my next trip to London! I also hear they will have some exciting festive treats around Christmas time to look forward to...

I placed an order on the 23rd and still no tea as of the 1st of August. When I go to their website, my order shows as unfulfilled. I've tried calling (the number online isn't working), emails, and messages via their web page. Nothing! Are they out of business?

Five, almost 6 years ago, I left this company a 5 star review. Today, I change this rating as the customer service experience I had with them has changed my perspective.

I had purchased their teabags for years- having liked the quality of the tisanes used, and they used to be sold and marketed in a lovely box which described the tea, the ingredients, and the company. It was good for giving as a gift, and I’ve sent it around the world to friends near and far.

I waited for the teas I like to be restocked, and placed an order right away- but what I received was the teabags loose and put sloppily in a paper bag. I was so surprised as half my order was in the boxes as expected and pictured, and half was loose. I couldn’t give it as a gift since the shop sent them loose and so I emailed in asking for the one box which I had purchased as a gift to be refunded- the others were for myself so it was not ideal but not a problem.

The response I received was downright rude and insulting. I was told that I was wrong for insisting on the boxed product (even though this was how it was pictured and described when I purchased it), and that I was wasting the shop’s time.

They refused to give me a refund initially despite being sent something different from what I ordered and I told them I was very disappointed by their reply. At this I was told they would refund me but I should never purchase from them again!

I can’t believe that 6 years of supporting this company and I receive such a reply, especially over a £7.50 “box” of tea- so I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

I’ve never really liked herbal tea until I came home today and tried the bags I bought from here! It’s next level, depth of flavours like nothing else I’ve tried and I’m obsessed with the individually wrapped muslin tea bags. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and gave me so me brilliant advice. Looking forward to coming back and trying other teas! Thank you

I had such a wonderful experience here. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the quality of the tea is superior, when comparing to other tea shops. Here you find the best Genmaicha, as the blend is made with Sencha, not Bancha!
