Sono rimasto davvero affascinato in primis da un prodotto che pur trattandosi di un "banale" ventilatore alla fine scopri che di "banale" non ha niente. Un prodotto eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Esteticamente è in grado di soddisfare tutti i gusti dal più sofisticato al più moderno con motori di nuova generazione ed il bello è che il tutto è 100% Made in Italy. Razzetti "The Best" anche nell'assistenza. Provare per credere

Oggetti Artigianali di qualità, mantengono la loro bellezza nel tempo e non perdono il valore intrinseco dato dalla maestria che manca nei semplici stampati che l'industria propone.
Ho fatto realizzare delle sospensioni per personalizzate per il mio locale. Il risultato è stato ottimo ed il prezzo molto corretto.

I can not say enough about my experience with Razzetti. I live in the USA . We were preparing for a kitchen renovation, and I needed 5 different style chandeliers, but all the same colors and similar styles.. this was impossible to find in the USA, so I googled Italian chandelier designers and I found Razzetti. It is not unusual for me to purchase home furnishings from Europe, but I usually expect many problems to arise in the process.This never stops me, but it does make me take a Deep breath before I proceed just to prepare myself. This time was different though. I emailed Razzetti in English ( I didn’t even use Google translate as I usually do). I had an immediate response in PERFECT English from Edoardo. We quickly realized it would be much easier for us to communicate through WhatsApp. I explained what I needed and told him My biggest issue was matching the color of the chandeliers to my USA custom color cabinets. I sent him my Benjamin Moore paint color and number. He immediately sent me color options that were identical to my difficult color. We picked out 5 different chandelier styles, and to be sure I was measuring them accurately for my space, Edoardo had me make a video that included measurements and he was somehow precisely able to get me the perfect size and shape lights for each of my areas.

I was super anxious about shipping these large chandeliers for fear they would arrive damaged. Edoardo assured me they shipped all over the world and therefore, knew exactly how to wrap the lights to ship them safely. Again, he was correct! He had great confidence in the abilities of his family business.

I also loved the fact that Razzetti is truly a family business. I loved that they all worked together to make my lights perfect for me and that they took such personal pride in each customers needs.

Honestly, the way Edoardo managed this made my decision to purchase my chandeliers from Razzetti an easy decision. He gave me great confidence that this process would be flawless and it was! He absolutely went out of his way for every step to make sure there would be no issues.

Ultimately, my chandeliers arrived without a dent or a Scrape. They are incredibly beautiful!

I can not recommend Razzetti enough !
