TOTAL SCAM! BIAS! and actually hurts the right person in court.
Absolutely the worst place to go, I cant believe the court even recommends this place. they are completely bias to the the situation and always end up favoring the parent who is ordered to only have supervised visits, how can you get a fair reading off 30-45 minute interactions? I went to them years ago and the judge ended up throwing their "recommendations" out because of this. I am now writing this review years later as i have had multiple friends/co workers had to use this place and received the same feedback. Same issues and same recommendations. place is a total SCAM!

They're so dedicated to the work they do and they do so with compassion, kindness and a genuine desire to help the kids and families who visit them. Reading some of these reviews makes me really sad. Yes, they work with the court. And, yes, those cases are hard but please keep in mind that if the court is ordering you to services, there is a REASON and that reason very often is poorly adjusted, angry or mentally ill parent - the same people who are free to leave negative reviews.

Would not recommend this place from experience and as a lgbtq person definitely not friendly, even with the recommendation at the end for more therapy I wouldn’t consider this place again not even recommend it and it’s sad that one person ruined it because front desk and the lady behind managing to remind you for appointments are great but the therapist.. I don’t have enough words to express how much red flags she ignored how much she affected a person with anxiety and depression and how poor of an attitude she shows and how easily her body language reflects how easily she gets upset when you question her … routine or simply asking for an example of what SHE would like to see and hear the session to go. I also had to deal with forgetting my payment for my last session and her only focus during my session was “your handling that right” I should of just rescheduled that appointment but I was more excited to be there with my son. If it wasn’t for myself looking through my emails and finding the report the “writer wrote” I would of never had the chance to bring it up to the owners attention and looking at these reviews just gives me a small comfort that it’s not just me. And let me just say I have therapy outside of the 3 sessions the court sends you to this place and if it wasn’t for that I would of not seen the right from wrong behavior from the professional. My son spoke up about physically being punished for contacting me behind his fathers back HUGE red flag and it was obviously one of my many concerns about the other party and the writer couldn’t or didn’t write it in the report instead she picks and chose what to report. The writer also left my daughter alone with her father something that shouldn’t happen because she decided to open the back door to him while I was still saying bye to my son and my daughter being already in the building also was never notated of course. Again my review is for the worker that did my intake and sessions not the receptionist not the owner but the writer to it and how poor her sessions are and how it impacted this parent that walked in with good faith to address my concerns and to get that help to help me choose the words and actions that I needed to FIND the problem to ADDRESS the problem so it can be released and dealt with in a healthy way and my son and I could take that experience and exercise it but instead I felt judge for my sexuality, for not saying I love you enough in my session, for being scared when my son said he got abused and is scared if he gets caught talking to me .. it’s just insane how this therapist is damaging the reflection family service for the rest of the workers. I’m hoping the owner reaches out soon because it’s unfair that I have to be stuck looking for other services because my children all felt negative experiences with her. When she would get told by my son that she was interpreting what he told her in the beginning completely wrong to me and put it in his head that I get mad at him without even respecting or acknowledging if those are words I use when referring to his father… either she is over worked already or is unhappy with her job but she is the first therapist I can say this about. She also failed to mention that when my son mentioned he felt unloved and unwanted was because he was being told by the other parent that I chose to not see my son and or communicate with him all I could say was apologize to him and tell him he shouldn’t have to know how court goes and I brought my paper work from court that says we can communicate by phone with no restrictions so he could see for himself that I love him so much I would never say or do such a thing also was never notated she was interpreting it as “I was trying to talk bad about dad” so she had to redirect me and that’s not how it was. I feel leaving this long review is more therapeutic than when I was walking in there.

The staff are amazing. Terri is very helpful and amazing when listening and helping find solutions to help strengthen our family problems that we've had. The receptionist is amazing as well, making sure our appointments are scheduled in a timely manner or working with us if any issues come up

Was assigned to this he/she Terry Bedoya person three years ago by Supreme Court due to custody discrepancies. This thing talked to me once for about 30 minutes and never again. The next two sessions I wasn’t allowed to go inside which was fine but the other party and family were okay to go inside and allowed to bring extended nonessential family to the sessions. I have always had and still have full custody of my child. The father has and always had free will to see his child but has chosen not to. This he/she terry tried so hard to burn me but it only made my relationship with my daughter so much stronger and brought us even closer together. I hope you and your receptionist get the opportunity to read this. I’d love to send you a couple gift cards.

Reflection family services is an amazing place to go to for help. Everyone is amazing, kind, understanding, and respectful and work so hard to make sure everyone is okay. The owner is extremely nice and treats the employees with complete kindness and respect. They have an amazing DUI group and family counseling and I honestly believe it’s the best in the state. Everyone works hard and helps people the best they can.

Horrible. No services rendered yet took my money. Will be taking this place to court unless this shady company makes it right. Stole money. I will not be returning to this place again. An out of my control traffic situation happened yet are not accomidating and refused to listen, refused to give my money back, and locked me out. I've never had a company act so petty!!! I have a diagnosed medical issue and the male leading the sessions made it seem as if I was impaired by alcohol or drugs when in actuality they're documented prescriptions that help avoid seizures. DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING! I WILL BE PAYING THIS PLACE A VISIT WITH MY LAWYER TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE SERVED IN COURT!
