Rented a car in September, it was all ok, BUT THEY GAVE IT TO ME WITHOUT OIL. It was a worrying moment to get such notification on the dashboard in the middle of the highway and when you're going around the country. Luckily nothing major happened, I had to buy and put some oil, but sincerely, if any engine/mechanical damage had happened, of course I would have been charged. I was told to keep the ticket and would be refunded.
Been waiting for a refund since September 14th.
Honestly it's a small amount, so little that is irrelevant, however this is all about the Customer Service; mails have been sent back and forth since mid-september and they haven't been able to give it back. They even didn't notice my email (sept 14th) until i called back 3-4 weeks later to check on the matter. Hadn't i called, I'd still be waiting.
Last mail was on Nov. 7th, and Ms. A. Sarbu just told me payment had been done, however i sent the evidence that there was no movement in my bank when she declares the reimbursement was made, she mentioned she would check once again and would contact me later that same day. Clearly she never did.
Now I got tired of waiting.

We booked the car at 11:30 am and have been waiting for more than 50 mins for the car to be delivered to us. It’s extremely frustrating as the car was booked months ago and the car should be expected to be here at 11:30 am. However, the staff doesn’t know where the driver is and when the car can be delivered to us. The staff told us that the cars are overbooked and the company are understaffed. They had the same problems last year and there is no improvement this year.

This is extremely frustrating as we have a whole day of driving ahead of us. And now we have wasted almost an hour just waiting for the car to be delivered.

Do not rent from this company if they can’t respect the customers’s need and time of reservation with no intention for improvement.

Update: the staff told us that the car would arrive at 12:30 pm, after one hour of waiting. Fingers crossed that the car would show up soon.

AVOID. I do not reccomend. It is located in the Radisson hotel which absolutely has no infrastructure for cars - even cabs in front of the hotel that stop for a few seconds are honked at. We arrive at the agreed time frame and nobody was at the counter. We called the desk number and the man said to wait for half an hour. So after a long journey with two small kids, that is just not great. Everything took long, no effort or client service. I waited in the lobby with the kids and my husband went to get the car with the man. We booked car seats, nobody gave us the car seats. When we waited for them, the installation was poor. Their condition and cleanliness tragic. Then the employee left my husband wait at the gate in the car while talking to other clients. Everyone was honking at my husband and being rude - when I went to ask the man to help and open the gate, he kept talking and said in a arrogant tone that it's because my husband doesn't know how to pick up a phone. Yeah, in the garage, he had no reception. When I went to say it in not such nice way anymore, he moved like a snail while still chatting. The car was not clean, found papers there, sticky door, car seats with stains. There was zero window cleaning liquid, so after a truck threw mud on us in the rainy weather, we just smudged it all over. It never occured to me to also have to check that in a newly rented car from Sixt. Awful service. In such a premium area... We arrived at 13:05 and left at basically 15:00. For just renting (already booked) car. Ridiculous. Kids were of course close to sleeping in the lobby after waiting for 2 hours.
On the other hand, we handed over the car back at Sixt Airport and the gentleman there was golden, smiling, professional, checked everything, quick, no problem. Sixt should very much consider promoting this one, and probably replacing the Radisson one.

Wir hatten online im Vorraus unseren Mietwagen gebucht. Die Abholung sollte um 9 Uhr morgens stattfinden.

Angekommen am Schalter im Hotel Radisson Blu mussten wir eine geschlagene 1 1/2h warten, bis wir überhaupt dran kamen.
Dann teilte man uns mit, dass der gebuchte Wagen nicht verfügbar ist, wir aber einen anderen bekommen.
Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, wirkte aber sichtlich überfordert und genervt wegen der ganzen Situation. Die Wartezeit scheint Gang und Gäbe zu sein. Er selbst war frustriert, da er gerne Service bieten wollte, aber von seitens seiner Vorgesetzten eher mangelhaft durchgeführt wurde.

Alles andere verlief reibungslos.
Dennoch ist es ärgerlich so lange darauf zu warten, das Fahrzeug zu bekommen. Wir hatten einen Tagestrip geplant und konnten so erst wesentlich später starten.
