Negozio raffinato ed elegante nel pieno centro storico di Roma. Ho acquistato della biancheria di lino magnifica in colori unici. Verrò ad acquistare senz'altro un altro set di lenzuola perchè una volta provate non si può più farne a meno.

Ho acquistato diverse cose in questo negozio delizioso del Ghetto ma devo dire che a distanza di anni i tessuti e le finiture non hanno avuto affatto una buona riuscita.
Dovreste impegnarvi di piú in questa direzione!
Mi auguro di trovare delle migliorie la prossima volta che verrò a trovarvi!

We’re pretty satisfied with their high quality item.

However, we disappointed at the store’s refund policy.

Due to some reasons, we ended up going back to their store to return their item as is within 7 days after the purchase, with a receipt. Then we got to know that especially small stores or brands usually do not accept returns but only exchange in Italy.

The staff was pretty much polite and respectful, but unfortunately he did not know what the EU consumer law ensures the customers. Since Italy is part of the EU, our right was supposed to be kept. It is such a shame that we need to remember this bitter memory whenever we use their product. We hope that the store will adapt to the law soon so as not to make any new unfortunate customer experience.

Wonderful linen shop. The staff is competent and trained. They helped me a lot with choosing the colors to match my home. I also made a mistake in taking the measurements and they promptly changed the item after my purchase. Grazie and arrivederci.

Bumped into this little shop in Rome by accident and ended up being a wonderful surprise! The quality of all the linens is extremely high and prices reasonable for what you get. Definitely to recommend!
