This place is a very comfortable place to stay. The people are very friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Yes, the rooms come with full-size fridges in them. No, they don't serve breakfast, but there are several restaurants within walking distance, so breakfast, lunch, and supper shouldn't be a problem. I'm sorry to say the pool has been removed and is now a great place to sit and have an outdoor bar-b-q. There is a relatively cheap laundry room for guests to use as the machines are well maintained. The only major downfall to this place is its location is next to an active railroad that does have a train that might come through, but it's very rare. Major historical landmarks are not far by car, maybe 2-3 minutes to Fort Concho, and an additional minute to historic downtown. So all in all, this IS a very good place to stay.

I have been a guest at this property multiple times this past year and I can , in total confidence tell you that this place is a great place to stay if you are needing to stay in San Angelo. The manager and the staff go above and beyond and are never rude, unprofessional, or complacent. The manager takes pride in the property and runs the place very well. The rooms are always clean and tidy and everything is updated or in good shape. Mattresses are comfortable, the AC in the rooms keep it nice and cool, TVs microwaves and mini fridge are always clean and in working order and if there’s ever been any issue with the room it’s remedied right then. The price is awesome. For the location, dining and shopping and nice rooms you can’t do better than studio 6. The thing I like most is I never have felt like I’m not safe or that I can’t be myself when I stay there. That’s priceless. So I am very confused when I read a bad review on Studio 6. Even on their worst day I would stay there over other properties in this area. If you need a good room that’s clean ,cool, and quiet, stay at Studio 6.

Worst hotel i’ve ever been to, blood on the floor, door doesn’t close all the way, toilet paper holder completely broken off, dead bugs in bath tub, water leaks under shower head, none of the outlets worked, only 1 light in the whole room worked, extremely sketchy, worst experience of my life.

I'm a long haul truck driver and I booked a room here over the weekend for a reset. The room was clean and the personal were very pleasant to be around always had a smile. Very relaxing

I’ve stayed here around 4 times and it’s always been great but the last two times the room was dirty smelled like nasty cigarettes. This time the room is a little better. They do not have do not disturb signs and then you go to the office and tell them do not disturb you and yet they still do it two days in a row. I honestly would never recommend this place. It’s not worth it. Save your money and go spend it somewhere else.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The smoke detector was taken off the wall. The guests were running around all night. Seems like people are living here as well. There was a dog barking all evening. The room next to me, the person was coughing all night. Would never stay here again, nor do I recommend you stay here unless you love staying around low-life people.

We booked through Expedia and for some reason the reviews through there are positive. Since we were pretty much desperate due to it being last minute for a sports tournament this was the only hotel available and didn't dig deep. I kind of knew it would be a little bad due to it being a 1 star hotel but this hotel was disgusting, filthy, not kid friendly, and is nothing like what it says it is. Many tweakers walking in and out, scouting vehicles, the door looked like it had been broken into due to it not being able to shut all way and also have many small holes what looked like a weapon had done. Many, many stains all over walls, curtains, doors, toilet,, beds, floor, sink, tub I mean everything. When I checked for bed bugs there was blood stains and filth. Patches on walls. Used soaps still there covered in pube and hair from previous people. It was just a crime scene in there. I had many blankets so we wouldn't get under their blankets and tried to get somewhat of rest, but that was a fail since we kept hearing tweakers walking around. We ended up taking off. Staying in your vehicle is much better.

Filthy hotel. I booked a non smoking room and when I walked into my room, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room, because it smelled so bad and there were stains all over the linens. They didnt want to give me another room or a refund, so I finally just left. This place is disgusting.
