Terrible customer service. Not patient focused. All the one star and poor ratings are accurate. Currently going through it with them. The manager admitted to them having issues bc all they are is a temp like agency where they just match patient with medical equipment. They pick any vendor they feel like without researching or following up with how they handle and provide equipment. I suggest everyone follow up with their insurance and Dr's to avoid using tomorrow health.

I am angry!! My relative has been home after surgical wound complications for over a month, and still no delivery of wound dressings and supplies from them. This is negligence on the part of this company and also Geisinger who uses them, despite this problem with them that they KNOW exists. So we go to CVS and buy our own; what else can we do? Insurance person hasn't done anything either. Home Health nurse tried, but to no avail.
Horrible, horrible company, so the question is WHY does Geisinger do business with them if they know they are this bad?

I don’t post reviews but the service by the Tomorrow Health team was so exceptional that I felt the need to provide this post.

Recently Ive been rehabbing a sore back and have struggled with transparency with the products I use. Stumbled on Tomorrow Health online and ordered a brace that worked great and was delivered promptly. What really impressed me was the outreach by their customer care team ensuring the quality of the product and getting feedback from my experience. I haven’t received that level of service before and it was refreshing to say the least.

I wont be going back to the old ways of guessing whether my purchase is covered by insurance or not!

Called to get information and I ended up being very impressed and pleased with the help that Mary gave to me. I felt that way because Mary went beyond a service representative in that she was genuine in her questions and answers, which helped me out I immensely!
She did and outstanding job and is a valuable asset to have in todays atmosphere of just doing a job and putting my time in. Previously I worked with customer complaints and I know and realize how difficult the job can be at times. We always hear about the unhappy people but seldom hear about the great representatives.

I would give this company 0 stars maybe they were efficient in the past with the 5 star reviews given by others, but definitely not in 2022 in handling my new order for a CPAP. Sleep medicine provider has literally sent paperwork 4 times starting on 1/12/2022. Classic negligence of following through in getting together the necessary documentation and all information that my insurance company compliance vendor is requiring for prior authorization. It seems very clear she was lying about not receiving the right information maybe she was faxing but not about talking with the person at my sleep medicine provider how was faxing it back to her. Do business with this company at your own risk of having stress and your time wasted. Person handling this Lynn just hung up on me as she couldn't handle someone taking an assertive stance.

Trying to have my new script for cpap filled with this company, since they are the supplier for my health insurance. I had to send them the script directly.They gave me a list of local companies to call, none of which had the equipment I needed. When I called back, the rep then said that they would fulfill the script directly and she would call me back that day. She never did. When I called at noon the next day the rep said someone would be in touch within about an hour. Again, no call. I called around 5, and the rep put me on hold for over 20 minutes, only to get back on the line and inform me that the people I needed to talk to left for the day. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and they put me back on hold only to tell me I couldn't speak with one but they " put a note on my ticket". Horrible customer service, go somewhere else if you can.

My personal experience with Tomorrow Health was not good. There is a Lack of Communication between Geisinger, Burman & Tomorrow Health that needs to be addressed. I should not have to get on the phone & "Hand Hold" my medical supply request between all 3 parties. I suggest that Tomorrow Health, Burman & Geisinger get on a conference call & correct the miss communication between all 3 companies. I have the same situation between St. Lukes, Burman & Tomorrow Health. It is not fair to any patient to go thru this "Chinese fire drill" to get their needed medical supplies.

If I could give them a ZERO it would be a compliment. I never knew these people were the middle man in my health coverage. Having Geisinger, I did not know anything about these people. Then, when my motorized wheelchair by Hoveround broke an axle and would not move, I had to jump through hoops to get help. Calling the doctors office, Hoveround, and Geisinger insurance co. got me the run around over and over. Everyone else did their job, and I paid hundreds ahead of time for parts and repair services. WHY? Because it was Tomorrow Health who dropped the ball on everything, leaving someone who lved alone without mobility for SEVEN WEEKS and causing more damage to my already diseased joints. Customer service does not exist because it is farmed out to some other country where they don't even know what they are doing or saying.
