Sono appena tornato da una fiera e alloggiavo lì. Semplicemente fantastico! Centralissimo...ottima zona vicino al fiume e al centro storico per chi dovesse andarci per turismo. I principali musei adue passi, semplicemente passando il fiume in un paesaggio urbano magnifico! Appartamenti piccoli ma molto...molto ben arredati e con un blocco cucina studiato nel minimo dettaglio. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Io non volevo piú partire!!! Lo consiglio a tutti ma... non prenotate! Ahahahah... Ho paura di non trovare piú posto la prossima volta che vado in fiera! Ho paura di non trovare piú posto e finire in una struttura brutta e carissima come succede spesso a Francoforte nel periodo delle fiere...

Appartamento molto confortevole vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali di Francoforte: (volevamo prendere la Frankfurt Card ma alla fine non ci é servita, perché la posizione dell'appartamento ci ha consentito di spostarci a piedi ovunque). Gli interni sono moderni e alla moda, tutto è funzionale e completo di accessori. Non c'è una reception fisica ma eventualmente, per qualsiasi problema, si può contattare un numero di servizio, che è risultato impeccabile! L'unica pecca l'abbiamo rinvenuta nella pulizia, a proposito dei cestini, che non erano stati svuotati dell'immondizia dei precedenti inquilini. Tutto sommato esperienza ottima!

This Aparthotel was great 2 years ago when we stayed there. Now it's dirty and unfriendly. The shower was blocked and when we showered the whole apartment was filled with water. The sheets and stains on them and the floor. The male receptionist is racist and unhelpful. Pillows are too small and only provide 2 pillows per room. When we asked for extra pillows they said we have to pay €35 even though we are not taking them with us when we leave. I made a mistake in our booking by 1 day, and then we requested late checkout, we were rudely told no by the racist receptionist. He even said if we were not out by 10.10 he would throw us out. We stayed for 6 days at this place and paid for 2weeks for my in-laws. We spent too much money here to have been treated in that manner at the end of our stay.

O kadar kötü yorumları yapanlar nerde kaldı acaba tam olarak Binbir tedirginlikle gittik ama gayet temiz güzel ve sıcaktı (Kendilerine özel duş jeli şampuan ve bulaşık deterjanı vardı, Yeterli sayıda havlu vardı) Oldukça da merkezi konumda. Yalnızca fotoğraftaki odada üç kişilik kanepe vardı bize verilen odada yoktu

Teyzemler bizden bir gün sonra geldi onlara da aynı tipte oda verildi koltuk açılıyor mu bilmem ama fotoğraftaki oda değildi o formda başka oda verildi

This is really a 3.5 star review.
One star is lost as a result of the excessively over complicated booking process and lack of access to any support from staff.
Booking here takes three or four steps using several different websites and there are delays between completing each step and receiving confirmation via email.
I arrived in Frankfurt by plane after spending more than 24 hours in transit. I was looking forward to enjoying a couple of relaxing days of rest and recuperation with a kitchen to rebalance my digestion after so much plane food. Instead I had to book another hotel for my first night because it took so long to complete the booking process and receive an access code that I needed sleep before it arrived. I didn't bother trying to ask for a refund, usually in such situations all a traveller will receive is laughter.
So, I do not recommend staying here unless you have booked several days in advance of your arrival. Otherwise the booking process is complicated however the provided instructions were clear.
Another half star is lost to cleanliness. There were some minor patches of mould in the grout of the shower recess for storing soap and some small splashes of mop bucket water near the exit, presumably the result of a cleaning trolley being hit by the door as they hurried to the next room. Pretty minor stuff. No big deal.
However the kitchen was functional if skimp on kitchenware. Bedding was clean and comfortable et cetera. I very much enjoyed my stay once the booking process was over.

Cleaver marketing made me book this and stupidly did not read the reviews beforehand!||Firstly the good points:|- Good location and felt like a safe area walking around at night. No dodgy characters walking around inside or outside the building. In fact met lots of decent people. ||- Was a 4 min walk from Frankfurt Main Train Station and a 20 min walk to the exhibition centre. ||- The kitchenette was pretty much brand new and the fridge and utensils etc were all clean and to a good standard although didn’t use any of it. ||- The bedding was clean.||- No issues with getting the codes for the access and room (we got ours emailed by mid morning on day of arrival)||- There was an ironing board, iron and hair dryer in the room. ||Bad Points|- The smell of Chinese! I was on floor 5 and although the room didn’t smell too bad it still smelt but when I went in the bathroom which had the extractor fan on the smell really hit me. Had to hold my breath when using the bathroom. ||- The room was tiled white floors and it’s cold especially in the winter months. It made the room feel cold and there were so many ground in dirt marks and looked like it needed a good chemical and steam clean. I wore my socks the entire time and laid out the spare towels into the room when I got out the shower. ||- The heating didn’t work just blew air out.||- There are no room key cards. You enter via a code on a keypad outside the room. When you are inside the room there is no way to lock the door not even a chain to pull across and with some of the reviewers on here citing random people entering there room whilst they were asleep I ended up putting a chair in front of the door at night just in case and made me sleep with one eye open. ||- The room was tatty. The decor and fixtures and fittings were awful, nothing like the photos. There had been repairs in the walls with filler that had just been left unpainted, the bathroom needed a complete overhaul and just felt dirty. ||- The bed frame was this horrible yellow fake leather and it was in need of replacement with clear signs of wear and tear. The mattress was so creaky and I did not dare to lift the sheet off to see the condition of it. The bed was also like a small double which was okay for me but doubt it would be good for two adults.||- The wardrobe smelt badly so i didn’t use it.||- The corridors are painted in a really dark purple and it just felt creepy and more like a hostel from the 1970’s.||This is clearly a 2* apartment complex. I felt like I was back at dodgy university halls of residences back in the 80’s. They need to improve security for people in the rooms by putting on a lock bolt in the inside as a minimum. They need to either get rid of that Chinese restaurant at the bottom of the building or get them to sort the extraction out as it’s really impacting the apartments. ||Personally I would change the entire colour scheme to be warm and welcoming, put in carpets rather than tiles and give the rooms a complete make over and stop marketing apartments l that look fresh and inviting as you are scamming people into booking something they are not getting. ||I don’t mind basic but it needs to be completely clean, secure and not smell like I’m staying in a Chinese restaurant. I do not recommend staying here.||Lastly, my work colleague who was on the first floor had a condom wrapped around the smoke detector (obviously by a previous stayer) and had to email a photo to the management so they would come and remove it.
