Absolutely amazing service
I went into one store not sure of what to do with a problem foot and was given a wealth of information and advice from a very knowledgeable Tamara.
She helped me choose a pair of shoes that are exactly what I needed and went above and beyond with tips and tricks for future purchases

No help offered to find my size in the store. I was directed to go online and find my size and then give him the shoe type number. If I wanted to shop online I would have done that directly and never ventured into the store.

A really lovely shopping experience. I was looking for something very specific (white sneakers, fashion-looking but sporty-feeling) and there was a trainee salesperson who was incredibly patient and helpful as I tried on about a dozen different pairs. I ended up purchasing and am very happy with my purchase. Also, the socks by the register are GREAT and incredibly reasonably priced, so it’s worth taking the time to pop in even if only for some socks!

Fantastic customer service experience! Had to call the store looking or a very specific shoe for my husband. Spoke to Tamara, who was extremely helpful! I went to Walking On A Cloud (67 Yonge Street) on 7 Oct 2023 and was assisted by Ian. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, assisting both myself and my elderly mother.

On 27 Dec 2023, I returned to this store—this time being assisted by Tamara and Jimmy. They were extremely courteous and solution-focused, and they worked well together.

Great selection of sizes & shoes! I found my size 10 no problem with the assistance of George. His service was exceptional & very informative. He was very friendly & gave me great advice in regards to the shoes I purchased. It was the 2nd pair I’ve purchased there in the past 10 months & George helped me with both pairs. Kudos Sir!

Great service! There's an older gent working here who's delightful. He turned my reg buying work shoes day to an experience! He was extremely nice, helpful and patience. I'm definitely going there from now on. I know right? That's how good he was 👌 love your job kids!
