Sono stato in questo negozio con la mia ragazza in occasione di una vacanza a Londra. Il locale si trova nel quartiere di Knightsbridge, a un lato del famoso magazzino Harrods, comodamente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. L'interno è ampio e diviso in piani, a ogni livello sono presenti diverse categorie di abbigliamento e accessori. Durante la stagione dei saldi il negozio è preso d'assalto da numerosi turisti. I prezzi, soprattutto scontati, sono molto convenienti.

This is one of the amazing stores of zara. It has got all men, women and kids apparel.
This is very well maintained and has very good interior. This is quite big in size and all the clothes are very well displayed. The offers and discounts going there are also good and is many a times during the year. I must say this is one of the nicest store of their. It is convenient to go as well as this is just outside the knightsbridge tube station. Loved the store and the discount that goes here. Overall styling is also amazing.

Wow what a terrible customer service. My wife and I walked in this location, my wife was in the fitting room trying out clothes and I got tired from walking all over town, so I went to sit down on the steps and someone came up to me and told me that I can’t sit down. I’ll have stand up. And when I asked to speak to a manager to ask them if I can sit down, the employee told me the manager will tell you the same thing. My love loves shopping at Zara but I definitely will never comeback after this experience

Arab dude working at the till was so slow and dismissive, looking at me up and down while checking out. The entire store feels very unwelcoming. Had to wait forever to be helped and all 3 staff I spoke to were cold. I understand it’s Zara but if you hate your job that much then leave opportunities for those who are at least decent at customer service.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Zara on Brompton Road, thanks to Khushbu! She was incredibly helpful, assisting me in finding the perfect sizes and offering great styling advice. Her friendly and patient approach made the entire experience so much easier and enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you, Khushbu! Highly recommend visiting this store for a great shopping experience.

I am still traumatised by my experience , I went to Zara Knightsbridge as live around the corner , I found some chlothes but wanted to try it so I went to the changing room.
Someone got into my changing room I was COMPLETELY naked !
When I went outside no staff was there ! Nobody !! the changing rooms are not safe , anybody can come and god knows what they can do

When I spoke with the manager , she didn’t even apologise and explained me it’s because they don’t have doors at this Zara, I asked her if any 16years old girl is there anyone could go inside and she said yes could happen…
