First off let me say they you will be hard pressed to find a better group of people than the crew here. The owner is a man of his word and has gone above and beyond for me and my family multiple times. From fixing our electric bikes (not even purchased from them) to helping us find the perfect helmets, locks future bikes etc. so we are good to go!

I see negative reviews on here from unreasonable people and I don’t understand how Google would even allow a business to be held accountable for people that are not following business practices that are in writing. I’ve experienced the owner stay after closing time and come down Main Street to help us fix our bikes that WE broke! Great people fantastic service and experienced techs make this place golden in Santa Monica/Venice! Don’t be fooled by a few bad reviews this place is dope! No B.S.!

This shop is the best in the city! I had an issue with my tire going out on me three time in 48 hours and they went above and beyond and fixed it without double charging me when it was clearly inexplicable as to why the tire kept going on me as soon as I would leave.

Everyone in the shop is kind and helpful and I know I can rely on them in case my bike has any issues. I highly recommend them!!!

Do not go to this place if you have brown skin, African American or and shade of dark skin. Take your money some where else. The racist staff are rude and talks to you harshly. They did not want me in the store and did not want to help me and discouraged me from touching anything or testing a bike. I was dressed as a professional business person. The Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted. From this post they will probably hire a black/brown person to “prove” they are not racist. I was going to pay cash!! They loss lots of money I would not recommend this place.

I purchased two Ohm bikes from Bike attack in Santa Monica a few years ago, and the company that makes the batteries and motor went out of business. since the batteries don’t work anymore and I cannot get them replaced I am going to buy two new bikes which I called and talk to the owner. after talking to her on the two bikes, I wanted to buy. She was a lot higher than other bike stores for the same product. She said she wasn’t making any money on the bikes and gave me a story that she’s doing me such a favor. if you want to pay more money for bikes, I suggest you go to Bike attack otherwise, check other stores. I just read the response from the owner who I talked to and Of course they’re lying because they don’t wanna lose business on reviews. She did offer me $500 off the price but she started so much more than other Bike stores and even after the $500 off they were still a lot more Than other Bike stores. You can go on the website Aventon bikes Level.2 Commuter and see there for sale for $1695 each and I bought it for a lot less with free assembly than what bike attack was going to charge me The bottom line don’t trust this bike store check it out yourself from other stores.

We ordered our Aventon Abound on-line from Bike Attack Electric and I will say it was a great experience! I made a mistake with my order and called the store and a nice gentleman directed me to their customer service who also was excellent! They straightened it out for me and gave me the link for codes for freebies. The bike came within 10 days it’s been taken to the shop and assembled and is 100% the bomb! Now we wait for the freebies that come and we are hoping it is as smooth as this whole process has been. I would order from them again and have it shipped with no second thoughts. Thanks for a great experience!

They quoted me $20 dollars to true a wheel and then switch the price to $60. I came in one morning and spoke with one of the techs; asked him how much to true a wheel. I explained that it was a motorized wheel for my electric bike. They quoted me $20 dollars if I brought the wheel with the tire removed. I went ahead unmounted the wheel from the bike, removed the tire and brought it for trueing and then they told me $60 dollars. Update: There were no broken spokes and yes the tech looked at the Rim. After getting the wheel unmounted and the tire removed, trueing the wheel was so easy that I was able do it at home after watching some youtube videos. What a disappointment and waste of time to deal with dishonest people.

Awesome bikes and customer service from Frank/Manager who sold me a Scott Patron, my first ebike. Also Neal and George have kept it well tuned after many hundreds of mountain biking miles.

Fantastic place. Service is always good. There is a wide range of electric bikes with different styles. I got my bike here. It cost $200 less than in other stores.
