I showed up at my new home on Sunday of Labor Day weekend with the moving trucks after moving almost 400 miles from my last home to discover that the keys to the house had been accidently packed in a box by the movers so we couldn't get in the house, and it was starting to rain. My new neighbor saw my frustration and called Access Solutions for me. They came within 20 minutes on a holiday weekend. They had to drill the specialized lock to get us access. They replaced it with a temporary lock and came back on Tuesday to put a new lock (the same as the original) on the door and keyed it to my original key, which I finally found as I unpacked. They were sympathetic to my needs, so kind, professional, and extremely generous to me and my wife. I don't know what I would have done without them! This is a wonderful company with great people! I encourage everyone looking for a locksmith to call Access Solutions!
