I've been loving the brand Hermes for a long time. When I moved to San Diego, I started going around here. There aren't many stores like Beverly Hills, but there aren't too many people here, so it's very private and now our salar is like family and friends. And if anyone knew even a little bit of Hermes' brand. system, I wouldn't leave a review like this. Actually, I was surprised to see the rating. It's not a place to get this rating. There are some areas that need to be improved compared to other stores, such as the secret room and coffee service, but it's always nice that only clean and pretty things are displayed well. It's a place to maintain the brand at number one. The people who work here always help me with my best efforts with a smile on their face. Even if you buy a lipstick, if you have some free time, the service will come to you at the best.

It was our first visit to Hermès UTC, and it lived up to expectations. The store itself is elegant; the layout and spacial design deliver a sense of quality and luxury with many of their high-end merchandise displayed well.

If you're planning on visiting the store, we recommend making an appointment ahead of time. You can walk-in, but to get a sales associate would probably take some time because they are all pretty busy.

Our sales associate was Ashmalli, and she was super professional, extremely courteous, and knew her product line. She showed us several items and took the time to tour us around the store to look at the different selections available. She also gave us a background on the Hermès collections. We told her what we were looking for, and it was so amazing that she provided us options on items based on what we were interested in. She took the time to get to know us and keep us engaged.

One of the things we admired about Ashmalli was that we never felt pressured to purchase, she made us feel warm and welcome during our visit and made us feel comfortable. Nevertheless, we did see items we really liked thanks to Ashmalli, so we ended up purchasing them. We are looking forward to continuing to purchase from this Hermès store because we had such a great experience. If you are going to visit, book a selling appointment with Ashmalli, and you'll be taken care of.

Overall, Hermès really is a wonderful brand, and if you're in San Diego, this is the store to go to.

I would rate it 0 out of 5 if it’s possible. My wife went in to inquire a product that was launched recently; instead of giving any informations/ introductions, S/A lied to us about the product is not available and won’t be released until end of 2025. Clearly the product has been accessible in many other locations prior our visit.

I have visited Hermes San Diego La Jolla - it’s a perfect place to shop Hermes. I will definitely visit this place again. Perfect service !!! They made my shopping more than nice. Surprisingly nice birthday gift.

Let’s begin with the top management. MariaTereza is the epitome of grace and elegance; her warmth and attention to detail are remarkable. She remembers even the smallest things, like my kids’ birthday dates, which adds a personal touch to every visit.

Now, let’s talk about Joel. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for nearly two years, and he is nothing short of extraordinary. Joel has an uncanny ability to find everything I desire. He goes out of his way to source and transfer items I’m interested in, making my shopping experience truly exceptional. His approach is never pushy; instead, he genuinely understands my taste and ensures I feel valued throughout the entire process.

A few tips for an amazing experience: be sure to make an appointment. Hermès places a high value on building relationships with clients, allowing for personalized service and attention.

And remember, Hermès offers so much more than just Birkin bags! I particularly enjoy exploring the jewelry, ready-to-wear, and tableware departments. It’s no wonder my grandmother was such a devoted fan, and I fully plan to share this passion to my children.

I made my first purchase. Sandals and the H bracelet! They brought out green juice and treated me so well! So exited to built my Hermès collection.

Im very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I went to have extra holes added to my belt that I purchased at this location. When I showed the sales associate my belt she said that they can only add two holes because that’s the standard. My belt had a total of 5 holes and they come with only three. I was so confused by that! Then the sales associate congratulated me on my weight loss and suggested that me to purchase another belt. I was so shocked that she would say something like that. I also went in with the intention to purchase shoes because I needed brown shoes to match my belt. How horrible is that? She recommended that I purchase another belt instead of offering great customer service and punching an extra hole. If she would of done that she would of earned a sale! Horrible horrible customer service, especially from a luxury brand . Shame on you. I will never purchase anything again from you location.
