The quick and dirty is that Belinda and team are fantastic with expectation setting, walking you through the process, communicating efficiently/often, and with ensuring that you're well taken care of when you've got one of your timepieces with them for repair/servicing.

I came in with a PAM 00029 Special Editions from back around '97 and had very specific asks... I was looking to get a certificate of authentication from Switzerland AND get a bezel replacement done (but without servicing the watch, because that would mean the team would be removing one of the best collector features of the watch... the tritium cracked hands).

I sent the watch in right before the Swiss Holidays and while I can't change the fact that sending something internationally takes a very long time to get back to you (we're talking potentially months), Belinda and team will do a great job of setting your expectations and updating you with quotes.

You may not like what you hear when it comes to international service times... but Belinda and team definitely do ALL the communicating for you when it comes to speaking with the Panerai service teams in Switzerland. You can expect frequent emails / calls with updates regarding any questions you have along the service journey. They understand nuance and are great partners in making sure you get exactly (or as close to exactly) what you're looking for.

Turns out the service and work I was getting done happened a lot faster than quoted, so I was a happy camper and had my watch back to me within 24 hours, delivered securely to my doorstep.

I wouldn't think twice when it comes to these folks. They're good people and professionals.

Great place to get repairs done. Belinda is great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the time if you want your Panerai watch repaired by an authorized location it can take six months or more. Thank you for your quick turnaround.

The team of talented people at this boutique are very genuine and accommodating. I've dealt with Kiril for about 5 years now and his knowledge of all things Panerai is astounding. Brandon, another gentleman that works there, is also very kind and helpful. The owner, Vahid, every time he's there, has taken the time to thank my wife and I for the business. This level of customer service is not that common nowadays. It's not just when we're spending money either, it's being invited into the boutique like it was their home, to enjoy an espresso and casual conversation. These folks are every bit as classy as the brand they represent.

Beautiful boutique dealing exclusively in Panerai watches, a high-end Italian brand of watches manufactured in Switzerland. They have a wide selection of watch models and sizes, as well as an array of beautiful straps that can be switched out. The customer service is excellent. Parking in the rear, which is useful because it's very hard to park in this area of La Jolla.

I don’t think it’s enough to get a Panerai from a Panerai dealer, but to find the right piece from a team that is there to help you find the perfect piece for YOU. I finally made my dream come true and purchased a Panerai at Panerai La Jolla and I was thrilled with the experience. I worked with Danesh specifically, who couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the watch world.. I know it’s not long until I pay them another visit.

I visited this location on vacation in early September, and was contemplating buying my first Panerai. I ended up dealing with Brandon Skinner via email after I left California and returned home. His Customer service was outstanding!!! While on vacation I also visited the Beverly Hills location; while there I felt pressured to buy a watch, if not; get out of the store type situation. Brandon at the La Jolla location went as far a giving me his personal phone number and email to contact him with any questions I had!!! Needless to say two weeks upon returning home from vacation I purchased the watch!! Brandon sent for FREE an additional strap and key chain, which was AWESOME!!!
